No, only chats. Yes, email notifications and custom emails area available. Yes you can convert emails to chats via Settings – Miscellaneous – Email piping. You can use Dialogflow app for creating agent suggestions, ChatGPT suggestions will be available in the next version. Regards
So if someone writes an email in german and my agent reply in english the customer will not see it on german?
It will work as long the agent replies from Support Board. Emails sent outside of Support Board are external to Support Board, you have to use translators for you email software instead.
Yes thats what i mean, then if client send email on support board message will be translated. How can my agent send an email to a guest user? in case lets say he put wrong address on checkout my agent will compose a new email

Hi, not at all. Most of WooCommerce features communicate directly with the DB without passing through WP. And when no Support Board WooCommerce features are Support Board is invisible to your website.

Hello, As you can see on the attached image (https://share.getcloudapp.com/OAu2xonk), WooCommerce orders are not displayed even if the addon is active with the license.
This is happening for every customer. User are existing both in WordPress and in your Support Board users area with the same email address.
Any idea of what could be happening?

Hi i just bought both support board and that woocommerce addon, i follow the steps to activate, but when i enter the woocommerce license in “apps” it says my settings are saved but there’s no woocommerce menu that appeared (i think i saw there should be a new “woocommerce” settings in the options.
Also, you don’t provide black friday deals for the other addons? I wanted to buy message bundle + dialog flow + tickets, and thought i would come across some nice 50% off on your website but they are full price :’(
Hi, thank you for the purchase, yes it should appear, if not your server/hosting has file and folder permissions issues. You can verify it from Settings > Miscellaneous > Check Requirements. All requirements have “success” before it. Id did the manual installation but when uploading the zip it says “The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.”
Please read the instructions, this is not a plugin, you have to manually upload the files as shown in the instructions.
p.s: can i get a code for tickets + message bundle too?

It’s very confusing. It downloaded me a folder called “woocommerce”...but inside the file is called “dialogflow” (so the other plugin…) + there is a settings.json an functions.php files…both of which are already present in the “apps” folder… do i have to copy/paste the codes in the original functions and settings file. at the bottom? if yes, will i get the automatic updates as i did all that manually?
You are entering the code of Dialogflow if you are getting Dialogflow…Check your key

Both are true. I bought the addon “woocommerce” here right? you make me download it manually as it doesn’t work by entering the license on my website, and it gives me an archive with a random name, inside the FOLDER is named woocommerce, and inside that folder, the FILES are “dialogflow.json” “functions.php”, “settings.json”
Actually, if it didn’t work with the automatic method, that’s probably because of that problem (mismatched addons on your server side), that would explain.
Ok got it. They are all files of WooCommerce app 
so what do i do with these files as 2 of them are already present on “apps” folders, and have already code in it? i copy/paste the codes after each? will i get automatic updates?

also it says “it looks like your license is invalid. If you believe this is an error, contact support” when i enter the license in “apps” menu i just realized! (and yes i double checked that i was copy/pasting the correct license)

so the only solution to fix that license problem i getting sensitive infos like login credentials? how wil lit solve the “license is invalid” problem to get access to my website? If copy/pasting the code says the key is invalid, it’s not by logging into my website and doing the same (i don’t see what else can be done), that it’s gonna wok, it’s a license problem from your side

i suceeded in adding the addon, i thought the folder in “apps folder” was named “woocommerce” but it was named “wordpress” that’s why i said 2 files were the same and asked if i should add the code and the end.
But that doesn’t solve the “license is invalid” problem. I bought a license, so it should be valid to allow automatic updates. I don’t see how receiving an “invalid license” message can come from my server side. I have other premium plugins and none of them ever gave me that message, as the licenses…. are valid.
Also without being able to enter the license and having to rely on manual downloading of the zips, how do i know when a new update is available? as “support board” is the only plugin that appears in the plugin list. Will it update both at the same time?
You should get a notification when an update is available. License invalid is only a message, the issues causing it can be multiple, most probably your website is blocking access to external sources or there is a file permission issues, or you are entering the wrong license key.
If you really have problem installing the apps, you will have the same problem updating Support Board, so also Support Board must be updated manually.
The fact that other plugins work is not relevant, they use different methods and have different features.
