Does the theme allow this features??

Admin Dashboard – Servento is a plugin and does not provide a separate custom admin dashboard. The admin can manage all users, services, and settings from the default WordPress admin dashboard.
Provider & Customer Dashboards – Yes, both service providers and service seekers have their own dedicated dashboards to manage bookings and related activities.
Multiple Language Support – Currently, our product does not support multilingual functionality.
Order Notifications – Yes, alerts and notification features are available.
User & Role Management – We do not create or modify WordPress user roles. All users are assigned the default “Subscriber” role, and user types are managed through metadata.
Admin Service Management – The admin can edit and update certain aspects of services from the backend.
Booking & Payment System – We have integrated WooCommerce, so you can use any payment gateway/plugin that is fully compatible with WooCommerce for secure payments.
Live Chat System – Chat functionality can be added using the Guppy plugin, which integrates with our product.

I don’t understand the site demo. I don’t see a booking option or anything.

I haven’t bought yet, because I absolutely NEED TO start first up with the CORRECT platform. I need to build a “live bands for hire” website for the many cover bands we represent, so which one of your options is the best for that? I don’t know what you call this – e.g. is hiring a live band online for a future wedding performance “SERVICES”, or is it “TASKS” and “PROJECTS”? Do I need Servento? Do I need Taskbot? Do I need Workreap? Which one is for me, SPECIFICALLY?
Ideally, I will have 3 sides to it.. ADMIN (I guess that’s me?), plus the actual bands listing their live performance services for hire (is that considered “SERVICES??”), and then the BUYER who is searching for just the right band for their corporate event or wedding (so what will they be called?).
Essentially, a person looking for a live band to hire, will search the website, listen to a few bands’ video and audio files on the site’s band profiles, then “favorite” the bands they like best, then message their shortlisted bands with the specifics of their wedding (so, wedding date, location, budget they want to spend on a band, and any extra details they think might help, like “band needs to play outside” etc).
So – the platform MUST HAVE:
A sign-up option for new bands, where they can join the site, and submit their videos, audios, pictures, band info, location, price, categories (wedding band, birthday band etc), and tags (blues, jazz, funk, party music etc). This submission needs to propagate to look like the default band pages to suit the website. Also, it needs to be accessible to them on the FRONT-END – so they are free to manage their on-site profiles.
Then, buyers need to sign up too – so they can peruse all our bands, favorite them, and contact them for quotes to play at their events. So the system also needs a VERY thorough messaging platform for all 3 parties (we need to be able to monitor the chats between buyer and seller).
Therefore, considering all the above, do I need a “SERVICES” platform, or a “FREELANCER” platform?
Please be thorough when you let me know – it would be a disaster for me to start off on the wrong platform.

If you register as a provider and want to upload a profile picture using your smartphone (Safari), this is not possible. You cannot upload a picture using the Safari browser. It also does not work for the gallery. It works with a different browser, but no upload is possible on all models (iPhone) with Safari. Unfortunately my support has expired, so I have to write it publicly here.
Hmm checked as they mention it does not work on safari as not compatible. I got the reason of this as request not sending when click on the button. A simple function that cannot be used with Safari (the most used browser with an iPhone), a very weak plugin with many errors!
