2. does the plugin have different payment gateway settings for service providers to pay for a plan and for customers to pay for booking, does booking payment goto provider or admin? is it also a commission based system? or strictly on plan subscription

Hello! This plugin looks good but I have some presale questions and concerns based on the reviews.
1) Are the reviews about slow and terrible support something you realize and have fixed or is this unjustified by the reviewers?
2) The reviews also mention this plugin being riddled with bugs and issues. Is the justified? I see no real update has come out in a while.
3) Is any major update planned currently for this plugin? If so when can it be expected?
4) I see contact details are hidden on profile pages. I’d imagine these can be shown somehow. Is it possible to have a paid feature that requires sellers and buyers to pay to see contact information?
5) Does this work out of the box with other themes or is heavy customization needed? I see a review that mentions you sell a theme for this but that you don’t actually sell a theme.
6) How does the seller “team” feature work? Whats the point of it?
7) I see sellers have a download section. I’m not sure what Id use this for but are they notified when and who downloaded one of their downloads?
I like the seeker detail page part. Is it possible to have a search of seekers like there is for providers?
9) The radius miles doesn’t seem to work for my in the sidebar search. How is this supposed to work? I tried zip codes, city names, street address (copied from demo content), etc. This is a feature I need and it needs to be transparent to customers
10) the rating search seems strange. If you click a three star review it shows only people with a perfect 3.0 when it should show people with 3.0 to 3.99999999. Is this a bug?
11) When filtering search items, the filter select2 drop down doesn’t update to the option you select and still shows the default. This is confusing. Is it a bug too?
12) What is your average turn around time on resolving bugs?
13) I see you offer an hourly plugin for another plugin. I may want to offer hourly jobs with this plugin too. Is that possible?

To be honest, I’m not completely satisfied with this plugin. When I installed it, I encountered some issues with my main site’s theme. The support team informed me that the plugin has its own theme, which caused conflicts. I even tried installing it under a subdomain, but it still didn’t work smoothly.

I like it!
1. Is it possible to use this plug in also in other themes?
2. Is there a “normal” job board functionality (like job listing, employer page etc.)?
3. I’ve wrote you a customization request on your email address. Would you please answer to this as soon as possible.
4. Why user gets no “information” on riniging bell, if someone write a (private) message to him/her?
5. For information: Pressing on the “message” button in my bookings as a seeker should open directly the chat/message to write to this user. But here only the message plug-in open up.
6. Mark appointment as “cancelled” does sometimes not appear anymore (I think if pressed in one case, you cannot press this on other requests/bookings. I think this is a bug.
