I have to write again. I’m having trouble with the In-App Purchase section. Many people are experiencing the same issue. I’ve reached out to the Teams team and am waiting for a solution. They say the issue will be investigated, and four days have passed. I’ve had to close the In-App Purchase section. Jaydip provides instant feedback, but getting feedback from the app’s coder, Jay Parmar, is a pain.

I’ve been a WRTEAM user for many years. I’ve purchased Quiz Online, the News App, and E-School. However, the team that works the hardest, cares the least about customers, or even doesn’t care at all, is Elite Quiz. I was going to buy the web version, but if this keeps up, I’ll probably give up.

I have the same issue with sound and vibrations in the app with the latest version. The Teams group responsible for the Android app is replying very slowly, and lately they’re not providing any fix for the problem. I don’t know what’s going on, and if you’re that busy, you should consider hiring more people to keep up with the requests. It’s very frustrating to send a message today and get a reply 3–4 days later.

The issue is due to a Gradle conflict with the `just_audio` package, which affects release builds (while working fine in debug mode).

Immediate Fix

The quickest solution is to downgrade the package version. This fix applies to anyone facing this urgent issue:

1. Open your `pubspec.yaml` file.

2. Change the `just_audio` version to:

just_audio: 0.9.46

Important: Ensure you remove the caret (`^`) from the version number.

3. Run `flutter clean` and then `flutter pub get`.

4. Rebuild and test your app in release mode to verify the sound and vibrations are working correctly.

Permanent Solution

We are still looking for a proper, permanent solution to this conflict. We will provide a better fix in the next version, or maintain this stable working version until the issue is resolved upstream by the package author.

Since the last update, I have been Trying the demo app but there is no sound noh vibration.

I also updated too and same thing. No sound as you play along.

Anyone experiencing this?

can you check in the settings if sound and vibration are enabled in the app. and also in your device as well.

if vibration is disabled in the phone then it won’t vibrate.

I have checked both in the demo app and my phone. Sound and vibration toggled on. Can anyone else confirm this is not happening to me alone

the in-app purchase are not showing for ios. It works fine for Android. And btw I generate the itunes shared secret and added it to the backend but does not work.

make sure you have accepted all the terms and policies, added bank and tax details,

added the IAP products in the App submissions, and IAP has Ready to submit status.

then check in testflight, once it is visible there, then you can submit the app for review.

You’re right, the current AI question generation is a basic proof-of-concept version. For now, you can only select the quiz type, categories, subcategories, and difficulty level.

We pushed out this initial version to gather feedback and quickly validate the feature. In future updates, we will definitely add the option to enter a prompt and provide source material (like a text document or PDF) from which questions will be generated.

How to use UnityAds? I enabled UnityAds and added the app id in the panel, and added the ads identifiers to Info.plist but I still can’t see the ads.

Could you try checking with test ads ? if test ads are showing but real ads are not, then it is most probably related to your unity ads account, check if there is any thing that is left to do, like adding payment details, policy or anything else.

no sir, unity ads setup is fairly straightforward in the admin panel. mainly there is process in creating unity ad account so we would suggest you check out their official documentation on how to create account and also ads. if there is option to show test ads from there, try those as well.

2. Admin Panel Hosting: The Admin Panel is built with Laravel and MySQL, and it can be hosted on regular shared hosting with cPanel and MySQL. A VPS is not required.

3. Multi-language Support: The app supports multiple languages. You can manually translate the content (e.g., into Spanish) by updating the language files and quiz content accordingly.

hope if you can improve the language switch ,it should be one switch to change frontend and quiz language ,when you use rtl like arabic or other it’s confusing to change 2 times

Please is it possible to make the Leaderboard to have filters such as: Leaderboard by quizzes categories/subcategories, Leaderboard by quiz modules, Leaderboard by country, states and local government area. This would really help to make us reward people base on quiz target. Users can even see how they truly rank. The current Leaderboard is general, it doesn’t say much. Let us be able know the leaders in mathematics in California or London. What we have now is global and it’s not separated

You are correct that the Group Battle Quiz is currently limited to 4 players. While supporting more than 4 users is technically possible, the current code is hardcoded to this limit.

We are planning to refactor the code to make this player limit adjustable, which would allow you to set the maximum number of participants yourself (e.g., 50 users).

However, since this requires significant refactoring, we cannot provide a definite deadline or guarantee that it will be included in the immediate upcoming updates.
