Is there a way of setting an event to not require tickets at all? Just to use the list of upcoming events to advertise one that is free for anyone to attend on the same calendar as the ticketed ones, without requiring attendees to sign up accounts or anything? I can set it to free tickets, but it still looks like people have to register and declare their interest, which they don’t need to for this one.
Had the site up and running for two years now and it’s abruptly stopped being able to load, just getting an error message about an issue with a line of code being wrong, nothing has changed on my end since it was working. Maybe your program is no longer compatible with the service it’s running on, I was going to install update to the latest version, but it looks like the latest change you made was long before this error started.
I’ve determined the source of the issue, my server was updated to a higher level of PHP than the current version of the site was designed for, I’ve rolled that back and everything loads properly

We are going to release an update very soon which will include the API of the new attendee mobile app, and we are going to put the new app on sale too.
Meanwhile, a full rebuild is undergoing to the latest versions Symfony 8 and PHP 8.5 and this will take a few months, it isn’t a simple upgrage.
We will make sure to notify everyone in both cases.

I am getting this error while deleting event, The event can not be deleted because it has one or more orders My Event is already finished and I am not sure how and where do i check orders . Can you please let me know where to check orders

The error message is very clear, you can not delete an event unless it has no dependance (orders).
You can check the orders list and delete them if you choose to from the Orders menu:

You can use Eventic as a single organizer platform of course. There will be no organizer registration anymore.
Regarding MercadoPago, it is a native integration, the users will be redirected to the payment gateway and then after making the transaction, they will be redirected to your platform.
How to disable organizer registration? I couldn’t find in admin panel
There isn’t an option to do it via the admin dashboard, we can do it for you, in the source code of your Eventic installation.
Can I rebrand the software after purchase

We intergated Flutterwave because there were many requests for it, doesn’t it work in your country?
Flutterwave registering in our country does not work, did reach out to them they say you have to be an enterprise and i will have my dedicated manager, but the amount of documents needed, its not worth it for someone whose starting, i did reach out to paystack they do not have a problem and said they support susch business with minimum documents needed,,95% of themes here on envato do have paystack, so please do consider it

thank you for that, i see aswell all ticket selling platforms has a complimentary ticket function any chance that coming to the update aswell?, the organiser has to be able to send tickets from their dashboard to any customers as complimentary
The POS account (which is created by the organizer) is able to generate tickets and send them to the email address of your choice and this feature is already existant in the current version.
Anyway, we started rebuilding the whole platform using the latest versions if the stack (PHP8.5 and Symfony8) and we will release it within a few months and at the same, we will release a new mobile app for the attendees.

I might need support: 1. Facebook and Google logins are not working. ID and key are configured 2. The SMTP email setup is completed. An email has been sent to abc@gmail.com.
