organizer have created a free ticket for an event and while customers are getting registered for the event – organizer want all the users to be on waitlist by default and it should be approved manually by the organizer and then only tickets and qr code is generated.

Hello! This sites seens just perfect. Is it possible to login in system after choose tickets to buy? Second question. I saw that Mercado Pago integration is outsite website with a huge yellow button. Is it possible to intagrate as transparency checkout, insite our system, without any button? And finnaly, bring PIX payment method to Mercado Pago? If these customizations generates extra charges, please, let me now. I will buy 2 licenses if whis is possible.

1- Yes, we can integrate the guest checkout feature in your installation.
2- We have no control over how MercadoPago displays the button as it is hosted in their server.
3- Regarding PIX, we can integrate it specifically in your installation.

I have filed a ticket (#1854). It’s about installation. Until now, no action on when they will install it
Any update on this? I filed ticket number 1854 4 days ago. In the ticket, you said you would install it within 24 hours. It is now 4 days.

There are many other major problems and they do nothing to solve them.
Even the features paid in advance they do not provide them.
In addition to the problem raised by Maxtor831 and for which I opened a ticket without response, there is the problem of number of tickets for sale, the application blocks the sale of tickets by signaling sold out, exhausted tickets while there is still availability.
