- Installation is also your responsibility.
- Note: We do not provide support for customized applications.
You can install the application on your localhost and modify the code according to your requirements. You can push on your live server. If you wanted to follow up installation and updated files then you need to live server installation with original source code first, later you can upload your updated files only instead of customized all source code on your hosting server.

is there any chance that you add secondary unite to this application?

Right now, I can’t assure you about this feature in this application. However, we have another application in our portfolio where we have implemented secondary unit conversion (for example, Box into Pcs). In that application, you can make purchase and sale entries based on different units.

Before purchasing the “Billing Book” application, I have a question about the Payment Type and Account selection feature.
Currently, in the demo, when I select Cash as the payment type, the account automatically sets to Cash (which is fine). But when I select another payment type like UPI, the account still defaults to Cash instead of updating according to the selected payment type.
If you can provide the option to select the default account at the time of creating a new Payment Type (for example: Payment Type = UPI, Default Account = Bank Account), then this problem may be solved.
Please confirm:
Is this possible in the current version?
If not, can this feature be added?
Will the account automatically change when we change the payment type?

Before purchasing the “Billing Book” application, I found an issue in the demo related to the Sales Return process.
Scenario:
I sold 1 item (example: “Software Installation”) to a customer.
Later, I went to Sales Return for the same customer.
The system did not show me the sales history or the list of items actually purchased by this customer — it allowed me to directly add and return any item.
This means I could even add a new/different item in the sales return which was never sold to this customer, and the system still accepted it.
Problems:
In real business, this can lead to fraud because there is no verification that the item being returned was actually purchased from my shop.
Without sales history mapping, it’s impossible to track what was originally sold to the customer.
This could cause financial losses.
My Questions:
Is there a way to link Sales Return directly to a previous Sales Invoice so that only the items from that invoice can be returned?
Can the system show the complete sales history of the customer during return for verification?
Will you be able to add this restriction in the purchased version?

Before purchasing the “Billing Book” application, I noticed in the demo that when creating a sales invoice, the item list shows:
Item Name
Quantity in stock (Current Stock)
Purchase Price
For example, if an operator is billing, they can clearly see the purchase price of each product.
Problems:
This is a serious security/privacy concern for a business owner.
Operators should not have access to purchase cost — they only need to see selling price and stock availability.
If purchase price is visible, it could lead to misuse, manipulation, or disclosure of business-sensitive information.
My Questions:
Is there a way to hide purchase price from the sales/billing screen for non-admin users?
Can this be managed via role-based permissions?
If not available now, can you add this feature in the purchased version?
