hi Guys, I have a probmem with voice of AI a connect trough VAPI everything, and if I test in direct way trough VAPI I get perfect voice etc… but if I test trough CRM via you Modul I get a voice with a english accent, where is here problem? I try to review in case of locations, language, but dont understand where is problem please help me.

To assist you better, please submit a support ticket and include the following:
Perfex admin credentials FTP or cPanel access (if possible)
This will help us investigate and resolve the issue more efficiently.

Just a quick update, a new version of the module was released today. Please download the latest files from your Envato account and try again.

Unfortunately there was a bug in the initial version with the purchase key, but that’s been resolved and module has been updated here a few hours ago. Please download the latest version to get the bug fixed.

When we integrate Twilio or other systems into the system, can salespeople talk to customers on the phone in addition to the AI? Or is it just the integrated AI that can do the talking?

Great question!
By default, the module is designed for AI-based voice interactions using Twilio, Vapi.ai, or Bland.ai. However, the AI can be configured to transfer the call to a real salesperson if certain conditions are met, for example, if the customer asks to speak with a human or if the conversation reaches a specific point.
This allows your team to combine the efficiency of AI with the personal touch of live support when needed.

Hi, Is your platform compatible with Retellai.com? This Voice AI platform returns 2 json (one with call details, the other with AI analysis). Do you manage them both?

At the moment, LeadPilot AI does not have built-in integration with Retellai.com. However, since the module is built on a flexible AI call assistant framework, it can be extended to support platforms like Retellai, including handling both returned JSON responses, one for call details and the other for AI analysis.
We do offer custom integration services, so if you’d like to explore integrating Retellai into your workflow, feel free to contact us with your specific requirements we’d be happy to assist!
Can the AI call customers with outstanding balances to remind them to make a payment, or take calls to answer questions on outstanding amounts? Can the AI receive calls and make a booking, like for a plumber or electrician?

At the moment, the module does not include built-in functionality for payment reminders or booking management. Currently, LeadPilot AI is focused on handling inbound and outbound AI-powered calls for lead generation, qualification, and follow-ups from capturing leads to nurturing them within Perfex CRM.
That said, since the module is built on top of a flexible AI call assistant system, we do offer customizations based on customer requirements. Features like reminder calls for outstanding balances, automated responses about account details, or even booking appointments (e.g., for plumbers or electricians) can absolutely be integrated.
If you have specific workflows or ideas in mind, feel free to reach out we’d be happy to explore a custom solution tailored to your needs.

At the moment, we’ve restricted API key usage in the public demo for security reasons, so you won’t be able to use your own VAPI credentials directly in the live preview. However, once you install the module in your own Perfex CRM, you’ll have full control to integrate your own VAPI account and customize everything as needed.
In the meantime, you’re welcome to explore and test the module’s core functionality—such as call logs, AI call flow, and lead handling—using our demo:
