I purchased the script “Industry PRO – Multipurpose Construction Builder and Agency Website Script” from CodeCanyon.
The script claims automatic setup, but after entering the purchase key received from CodeCanyon, the installation shows a 500 Internal Server Error and the website does not go live.
I created a support ticket with the developer (GeniusOcean), but their response time is very slow. The first reply came after 3 days, and even after several follow-ups they only replied with “I check it”.
Now it has been 5 days, and the issue is still not resolved. My server setup is correct from my side, but the script is still not working.
Honestly, this purchase feels like a waste of money because the support is extremely poor and the script installation does not work as advertised.
Also, every time you create a ticket, they keep sending messages asking for a positive review, which is not appropriate when the issue is still unresolved.
I would advise future buyers to be careful before purchasing, especially if you expect fast and reliable support.
Very poor support experience. I submitted a support ticket but there has been no proper response from the team. The issue is still unresolved and it is delaying my work. I expected much better support for a paid product.

The ticket was pending for about 2 days, then the status changed to “Reserved” for around 4 hours. Now the status is showing “Opened” for the last 5 hours, but I still have not received any response.

Very disappointing experience. The demo looks good, but the actual script behaves very differently after installing it on a live website. The UI responsive layout breaks on different devices and screen sizes.

Unfortunately, the real product quality and support did not match what is shown in the demo.

How is the theme going to seo when i see there is no canonical duplicate tag fix in header and the page urls end in numbers? Google sitemap will reject most pages in services etc. Is there a seo section in dashboard for each page? 22/10/2024

It is also important to be able to change top menu titles. Because what you call projects, another one would want another name to be put there. So, you should not hard code them. They should be editable

Is it possible to add sub menu under any top menu? For example to add a drop down of menu under Services and be able to add several services menus?
It is important to add a drop down of menus under a main menu like services, products, About us, etc.
