Hello, I’m interested in this plugin, however I need to sync it with a public facing Google Calendar. How is this done and what do I need to do it? (thank you ahead of time!)

I’d like to have an horizontal calendar, with current month if possible. And then the events list. And also, would like to have just the “buy” button, not info not details, etc. the buy button should open a new browser tab with 3rdparty provider. I should be able to set this url in each event.

Would this be possible with EventON and maybe some addons? If so, how?

I recently purchased the EventON plugin, hoping it would provide a professional and easy-to-use solution for showcasing my art exhibitions and events. However, after spending a significant amount of time setting it up, I am very disappointed with the overall experience.

The settings are unnecessarily complex and not user-friendly.

The design is not professional for art exhibitions (images do not display in full screen; instead, they are cropped and require clicking to view properly).

To achieve a better layout, I am being asked to purchase additional add-ons, which makes the overall cost much higher than expected.

Compared to other solutions like “The Events Calendar,” EventON feels less professional and much harder to manage.

I feel misled because I expected a complete solution after purchasing EventON, but instead, I am facing limitations unless I continue to spend more on add-ons. This is not the experience I was looking for when I invested in your product.

Therefore, I kindly request a refund for my purchase. I believe this is fair, as the product does not meet my needs or the expectations set by your product description.

For the tickets I couldn’t find anywhere in the demos, the site content or the documentation anything on being able to at VAT (UK) in the US it would be Sales Tax. Does it have this and I missed it or is it going to be added as this is important for the UK to be able to provide VAT invoices when someone purchases for their tax records.

The second is there any plans or is it possible to connect into eventbrite, even just having a button that when a URL is added it would link out to an event, would be useful or even more ideally a way to connect into eventbrite to pull in the main information for events that are set up.

Hello, it is not possible to have EventON, EventON Tickets, and PDFer activated, and be able to purchase through a WooCommerce product. In the calendar, we select an event, click it, and it opens a URL to an event that is set up as a WooCommerce product. The purchase process is just like any other WooCommerce product, however, we do not receive the ticket PDF.

Is this possible, or does the PDF only work with the full EventON purchase system? Can it not be done through WooCommerce?

Should I create calendar views with your plugin? I like so much your template layouts but need to know if I could use e.g. start date and end date (I have both for multiday events and one-day events) and use also all the other custom fields. I am reaching out on behalf of a paid plugin subscriber, but I do not have their HelpDesk login.

I need assistance configuring a calendar block to display the next 4 upcoming featured events, but I cannot figured out a way to do so other than to ask this client to manually ensure there are only ever 4 featured events at any one time. The short code we are using is below, but it doesn’t seem to be working the way I want it to.

While I have both event_count and tile_count set at four, that seems to be restricted to 4 events per month, whereas I want to display the next four featured events regardless of the month they fall in (some in July, some in August, etc.)

I have tried setting number_of_months to 1, 2, and 3 (to ensure there are always at least 4 displayed). However, towards the end of a month, once all the current month’s featured events have passed, it only displays the following month’s featured events, which sometimes are only 2-3. When I increase the number_of_months to 3, this shortcode populates 4 featured events per 3 months, resulting in 5-12 events displayed in a block where I only want 4.

Again, I am just trying to make the backend management simpler for this client so they’re not regularly needing to update event statuses. In a perfect world, they could build 3-4 months’ worth of events at once, choose which of those will be featured events, and never have to update the featured status again – knowing that at any time, the next four will be displayed until there are none left.

Hi, Since updating Action User to the latest release (installed 23 Jun 2025), we can no longer add, replace, or remove the featured image on any post-type (Posts, Pages, CPTs). The image uploads but fails to assign—nothing changes in the editor.
