Hi I have a few presale questions: - $59 for both Android and iOS app? - Can I translate the app to other language? or the App will use the website language? - Will the app load data from website API or store on the App itself?

1. Yes, it is a flutter app so it can be a used to generate iOS and Android apps. 2. Yes, app can easily be translated to other languages. There are two types of text that need translations. First is the one that is in the app like login, signup, home, search texts that stays local and it need to be translated locally in the app source code. Second text is the one that comes from website like property title, description, agency or agent description that is translated on website. So if you are using wpml or polylang pro it can be shown as translated in the app.
even if i change the domain URL it still goes to domain.com/wp-json .. how to change that

1. We have integrated GoogleMaps only. Mapbox is doable, but it will require custom development.
2. The app works with any Houzez real estate theme based website by default. If you have developed your website with any custom plugin, the app won’t work and it will need to customize the code.
The app code is customizable.
I meant if I built it with the builder, then I went ahead to customization, doable?

Let’s say I customize the app with the Houzi Builder, change logos, colors and tons of stuff. Then I export it. Is it customizable again by editing the code?
Yes, code reads from configuration json that you customize from Houzi Builder. It builds the layout and colors based on configuration. You still can change the code however you want.
Is it possible to put the option “Find a property nearby” in the application? I want to integrate a location-based feature, similar to vehicle ordering applications, to allow users to find available goods within a defined radius.
To enable the “nearby” option for a property row, use the Houzi Builder or manually set “show_nearby”: true in the home section of your configuration JSON. However, I’d advise against using this feature due to several technical hurdles:
Data Density: It requires a high volume of geo-tagged listings across all areas; otherwise, users in less populated regions will see empty results, creating a “broken” user experience.
GPS Accuracy & Signal: Performance fluctuates based on hardware quality and urban interference (the “urban canyon” effect), often leading to inaccurate search radiuses.
Battery & Performance: Constantly polling for high-accuracy GPS coordinates is resource-intensive and can lead to significant battery drain on mobile devices.
Privacy & Permissions: Relying on location data adds friction, as users must explicitly grant permissions, which many are hesitant to do. So essentially breaking this feature.
Hi, Can you add an “Add Button like a ”+” to the menu users an instantly add a new property instead of search for the button?
We already have this option, that can be enabled using Houzi Builder.

To ensure that your app works correctly on the latest versions of Android, Google Play requires all apps targeting Android 15+ to support 16 KB memory page sizes. From 31 May 2026, if your app updates do not support 16 KB memory page sizes, you won’t be able to release these updates.
Your latest production release does not support 16 KB memory page sizes. please help about this.
It does support 16 kb page size. We added support in 1.4.5, current version is 1.4.6.

Giving some options to make this app super. Kindly give these features in the next update. 1- Put a share option for the property, agent, agency and blog section. 2- The user can write a testimonial text. 3- UPI payment gateway for payment. 4- Push notification message with sound and image.
Can you give a referral system in the next update? It will be a unique idea for this app.
Account verification by national ID can be a great option with this app.
Booking for the rental option can be great work in this app.

Thank you for your tremendous effort. I wonder if it’s possible to show registered agencies and agents only in the location a visitor searches for. Currently, when searching, agencies and agents appear in all locations in the menu of the app. How is it possible?
Auction option can be a big feature in this app.
Can I edit the details in the constants.dart file? Is it necessary?
panditjiservices: Yes, however the full app depends on this file. so any change might have an effect globally. Also if you change anything in this, it’ll get replaced with the update if you try to update it with future houzi versions. So you will have to keep track of everything that you change in core Houzi files.
how to activate banner publish on homepage?
For the See Nearby Properties app, there is an option to enable the nearby option. But all agent and all agencies showing in app. What about this?

Google Play has notified us that, in order to ensure compatibility with Android 15 and later versions, all apps must support 16 kB memory page sizes by October 31, 2025.
Currently, our app (based on your template) does not meet this requirement, as the latest production release does not support 16 kB pages.
Could you please advise us on the following:
What changes are needed in the app to support 16 kB memory pages.
Whether you plan to release an updated version of the template that includes this compatibility.
How this change technically impacts the app’s performance or optimization.

This app already has a web front end. We use Houzez for the admin panel, database and apis. Houzez offer dozens gorgeous website front ends.
We won’t be adding booking feature to this app.
