Thank you for your questions!
Yes, customers can still continue customising their design even after checkout, as long as the order has not been marked as completed or sent to production. They can simply go back to their order, open the design, and make edits through the saved design link.
Regarding your second question, yes, a product can have multiple design bases for customers to choose from before starting customisation, for example, a calendar with several base styles. You can set up each base as a separate template in Lumise so users can pick one before editing.

Gracias por su mensaje. El IVA en Envato (Codecanyon/Themeforest) se calcula automáticamente según el país del comprador, de acuerdo con la normativa fiscal de la UE.
Si usted tiene un número de IVA intracomunitario válido, puede añadirlo en la sección Billing Information de su cuenta de Envato o durante el proceso de pago. Una vez verificado correctamente por el sistema, el IVA debería aplicarse con reverse charge y no se le cobrará.
En caso de que el IVA no se elimine, le recomendamos comprobar que su número de IVA es válido en el sistema VIES de la UE y que está introducido exactamente como corresponde.
Lamentablemente, nosotros como autores no podemos modificar ni eliminar el IVA directamente, ya que es Envato quien gestiona la facturación y la aplicación de impuestos.

Yes, that’s correct. The “size for printing” defines the actual output size of the file (PNG or PDF). We already provide standard options like A0, A1, A2… and you can also set a custom size such as 2”x3” if needed.
