Can you add dicsipline module for students and Teachers. It is urgent for a private school. I can not see this in demo. Do you have any plan to add this in upcoming release updates, so that I an purchase this.
Also, I can not see option to calculate 4th subject, where above 2 GPA is added and calculayed.

Before purchasing, I noticed a possible issue in your demo site. In the certificate generation template, all students appear to have the same GPA result. It seems the GPA is not generated individually. Could you please confirm whether there is an option to assign or calculate a custom GPA for each student before printing the certificates? I just want to clarify this point before making the purchase.

Hello, I’ve noticed the following issues in the script that need urgent attention:
➤ 1. Admit Card Templete Examination Year – The year is hardcoded as 2020 and does not update dynamically. ➤ 2. Certificate Templete Examination Year – Similarly, the certificate shows 2020 as the year and is not dynamic. ➤ 3. Certificate Templete GPA and GPA Scale – The obtained GPA and the GPA scale are not dynamic; they appear fixed.
I’ve seen similar concerns raised about a year ago, but it seems these issues are still unresolved. It would be great if the author could provide a fix or update so these fields become dynamic, reflecting real-time data for all exams and certificates.

I suggest you to kindly work on this, multiple fields in there and they are required to fill and it is just a simple enquiry that even does not gets converted into admission from itself.

I use BBB for classes. After the class is completed, the recorded session does not appear in the student dashboard — only the join button is shown.This matter is urgent and important. Please advise.

We only integrate BBB API into our system And all the features are controlled by BBB.
Can you give us a screenshot of the button you are talking about, If there is any API related issue, we will update the API.

Please advise me, it is important. As a student, how do I view the recorded classes through BBB through my student account? Where do I find the recorded classes? Only a button to join appears to me, even after the class has ended.
We have previously stated that we do not control any BBB features, we only do API integration.

Dear Ramom Development Team,
We appreciate your continued efforts in maintaining and improving the Ramom School Management System.
We are currently in the process of onboarding 20 schools to actively use Ramom integrated with BigBlueButton (BBB) for live classes and student learning. During implementation, we identified a number of areas where the system could be enhanced to improve functionality, user experience, and performance.
Below is a detailed list of feature requests and enhancements we kindly request to be considered in future updates:
✅ 1. BigBlueButton Recordings Integration for Students
After a live class ends, students should see a button to view the BBB recording directly from the student dashboard.
The system should automatically detect if recordings are available via BBB API and show them accordingly.
✅ 2. Manual “Refresh Recordings” Button for Admin/Teacher
Add a button to manually refresh recordings for a class in case recordings don’t show up immediately.
This will reduce API delays or cache issues and improve reliability.
✅ 3. Join Button Logic Improvements
Prevent students or teachers from joining after the class ends (expired status).
Allow joining only if the class is currently live and BBB server confirms the session is active (isMeetingRunning).
If the class is not yet started, show a custom error message like: “Class has not started yet. Please try again later.”
✅ 4. Edit Live Class After Creation
Enable teachers/admins to edit live class details (title, date, time, duration, etc.) after creation, especially for correcting schedule changes.
✅ 5. Restrict Class Status to: Waiting – Live – Expired
Ensure that the system clearly shows whether a class is:
⏳ Waiting: Before start time
✅ Live: During class time
❌ Expired: After end time
Hide the “Join” button when status is “Expired”.
✅ 6. Auto-generate Meeting ID
Meeting ID should be generated automatically when a class is created, without manual input by the teacher.
Helps prevent duplication and avoids manual mistakes.
Suggested Code (PHP):

✅ 7. Send Student Login Credentials Automatically
After student registration and approval, the system should send login credentials (username/password + portal link) via email or SMS.
Example Function:
$this->email_model->send_student_login_info($student_id);
We believe these enhancements will significantly improve the system for both administrators and end users, especially as we scale Ramom usage across 20+ schools.
