1- Where are the uploaded files and texts stored? Is the storage on your servers, or can the solution be self-hosted on my own server?

2- Is any processing performed outside my server (such as calling cloud APIs)? If yes, which external services are used and in which regions?

3- Are my data used for training your models or third-party models? And is there an option to completely disable this?

4- What are your data retention and hard-delete policies? Do you support full export of the data in an open format?

5- What security layers are in place (encryption at rest and in transit, access logs, fine-grained permissions)? Is there technical documentation covering this?

6- Is the source code available (or licensed) so that I can modify and deploy a customized version? What type of license applies?

7- What extension points are available? Do you provide hooks/events or a plugin layer to add features without altering the core?

8- Does the backend support adding tables and custom fields dynamically without breaking future updates?

9- Is there a stable API (versioned REST/GraphQL) that allows me to integrate with external systems and import/export data (CSV/Excel) both via the UI and API?
