i just test your demo site and i see in the POS order when post operator want to add new customer, there is a lot of question to be required filled in (red star sign), can this process be simplify by only adding customer name, and the other field can be ignored to increase the pos performa speed process, also the phone number of customer here is so private to ask customer, so can i make it not required in customer add process? Thanks!

Sorry that the order data can’t be migrated here because of the structural difference. Yes, you can install it on a PC, but for the license verification, you will need to connect to the internet at the time of installation only.

The Reset Table button is very risky because once it’s clicked, all active running orders on that table are deleted instantly without any extra verification or reason logging. For example, if I have 10 active orders and accidentally click it, everything will be erased immediately, which could cause losses or tracking issues. Likewise, if there is a dishonest waiter, they could press this button to delete all orders without anyone knowing. There should be an additional verification step (PIN or password or manager approval) before allowing this action, or at least it should be logged in the activity records (logs) with the username, time, and reason.

This is extremely critical — the whole system’s operation could be compromised if this remains as it is. You should implement the password verification for this action as soon as possible, not wait for the next release. This cannot be postponed because the system loses its reliability if such a risky feature is left unprotected. It’s urgent to address this immediately.
