Can one “Lookup table” have multiple tables? I have different models, and each model has 20 variations (each variation has a table), so I wanta single Lookup table with multiple data tables to manage each model properly.

I am facing some issues with the plugin. For any product linked to Extra Product options, the order-pay page is giving a 404 error. This has started happening post the 9.8.5 (last compatible version without the issue) update of woocommerce.
So, I probed further, and the issue only arises when I use check boxes, Single/multi-select Select, or Radio buttons in the extra product options. File upload and a regular text field inputs seem to be working.
Also, everything is working fine with 9.8.5 but after that none of the above are working.
I’m not sure what you mean by that, and I’m also unclear on what the 9.8.5 version number refers to. The current version of the plugin is 7.5.1. If you need us to troubleshoot anything, please open a support ticket so we can assist you properly.
OMG ! 7.4.3 allows you to select options that I had deactivated! for example, t-shirt sizes that were no longer available could be selected and ordered again with this new version…

You will need to find a compatible solution that supports exporting saved addons in CSV format. From what I know, the only plugin capable of exporting options from an order is Store Exporter Deluxe. However, you’ll need to reach out to them directly for compatibility questions, as we are not affiliated with them in any way.

I created options in the select box. Each option includes product name, product price, and sales price. I need to set a minimum order quantity for each option. How can I achieve this?
Assuming you mean the main product quantity that is not handled by the plugin.

I’m sorry for the confusion. The plugin isn’t designed to handle minimum quantity rules for individual options in a select box. Its functionality doesn’t extend to controlling or validating the order quantity, which is what this would require.

No, the plugin cannot affect subscription in that way. Something like that could only be accomplished from the Subscriptions side alone.

i am planning to buy this plugin it looks great
But i can’t find information’s is there a option for next:
- i will have regular woocommerce variations because i need to take QTY from erp software, i will have only colors and sizes - with extra product option i will need to have option to add print position on selected products but price is different by qty. So if i add 20 different size from one shirt (ex. 2xL white, 10xXL black and 8xM white = total 20) in cart product price will be for 20 pieces. So i need extra product option to calculated product option based on category QTY added in Cart. Now i see conditions logic show but how i can see it is based on currently qty when you add product in cart.
When you use a variable product and add different variations to the cart (for example, white and black), WooCommerce treats each variation as a separate product with its own cart line.
This means you can’t apply conditional logic based on the combined quantity of those variations. Conditional logic in this case applies to the quantity of a single cart line item—essentially, one specific product variation at a time.

I would like to create an e-commerce site for decorative stickers. With your extension, I would like to know if it’s possible to create, for example, a height field. I specify a ratio, and the length is calculated automatically? A price will then be set (I’ll define this price per square centimeter). I would also like to be able to set a maximum height, since the cutting machine doesn’t have infinite sizes? I would also like to be able to set a minimum height so that I don’t have to make stickers that are too small. This way, I don’t have to create all the variations for the different heights; the user can choose a height, and the width will be calculated automatically. Does the module allow me to do this?
Yes, the plugin has the tools to create something like this. As long as you know the formulas for calculating your length and the price you shouldn’t have any issue.

We use the plugin successfully on a live ecommerce site for various product colors and sizes. (Thanks) We now desire to expand our options with a product that offers customers the ability to upload an image file like a logo that we can print on the product. I would like the customer to be able to upload the image file in the product add on options, and then also “preview” how it will look on the background photo of the product. Is this something that Extra Product Options plugin already supports or would this require customization?

Last few days I got a strange bug. From time to time (not all orders) I get some orders with no options registered. I can see only the name of the product. The _bundle_cart_key you mention is not from our plugin. We don’t have such a string saved in the order. That key is used by the WooCommerce Product Bundles plugin. Please note that we don’t have any official compatibility with Bundles.
I don’t use it, I swear.Some orders came without options (it should be impossible). and with string _bundle_cart_key: and a code.
I’m not entirely sure what to say about this, but the string you mentioned does not appear to come from our plugin.
As for the order that came through without the expected strings, this would need to be properly troubleshooted. However, the only way to investigate it effectively is if we can consistently reproduce the issue. Unfortunately, once an order is completed, there’s no way to retroactively determine exactly what went wrong without being able to replicate the problem.
If you can provide steps or conditions that lead to the issue, we’d be happy to take a closer look.
Is it possible to set a different price in the product for customers with a specific role or for specific users? No discounts, etc. Just a different price.
The plugin cannot be used to alter the product price directly in that way. What would be possible is to use eg a dynamic element on the global form set to be displayed for specific roles that would alter the main product price.
