From which version you were intended to update to the latest version? Did you try the automatic process or you were trying from the code base?
I was on 9.9.2. I actually made a fresh installation when the update didn’t work. And the above error is from the fresh installation.My PHP is version 8.3 and MySql is 5.6.
The error comes up when I visit certain pages such as the home page.

In next update please work on filter mechanism. need more filter according to apecification. and in product adding page add seperate input for product specification.(user can add many specification as they want (store using function in form of key => value pair with button (add more specification). ))

Different images based on attribute selection is not working. whatever attributes selected need to be included as filter on left in all products page.also need some work on filter or should add specification such as weight, size, country in product adding page and also apply in filter so that user can filter according to specification.
sol 1). add attributes in filter 2) add custom criteria (user can add many criteria as possible) in product adding page and whatsever criteria added show in filter (weight=> 4kg, 10kg, resolution=> 1080p, 720p )
