I want to manage multiple my project/Product at same place for Knowledge base and support ticket, Is that possible?

Hi there, you can manage multiple project/product at same place. Their are have dynamic input field management in the ticket system. So, I hope you can easily manage it.

I am testing this app and there i a major issue am facing. When a user submit a support ticket to a department, I expect an email to be sent to the staff assigned to that department so they can login and treat, but I am not getting that. Please help

anyway you can make this use any version of php 8 on my website i have other files using 8.1 but this makes you use 8.2 can you change it for 8.1 or at least any version of php 8 please and thank you

hi i just purchase this item, however I am having this error trying to install this

Php (version 7.2.3 required) 7.4.3-4ubuntu2.20

It looks lke i have 7.4.3 but it require 7.2.3 . Is there a way to make it work for 7.4.3.

Another error was BCMath i have install BCMath with sudo apt-get install php-bcmath

but the error still remain

Does it mean it doesn’t support php 7 anymore. I cannot upgrade my system at the moment so this will be unusable. Please remove the software version supported in Envato to avoid other people purchasing this by mistake. It still say PHP 8.x, PHP 7.x, MySQL 8.x, MySQL 5.x in the codecanyon Software versoin..

Right now the current version doesn’t support php 7. If you want to use it in php 7, you need to downgrade it. Thank you

i bought your ticket system when i install it it says installed successfully and i click complete but just takes me back to the installer again can you please help me fix this so i can use it

Hi, we checked the issues. But no problem was found. It’s working fine. I think some configuration missing. Please check the project root public folder then check storage folder existence. I exist to delete this folder then open the terminal then go to the project root then run this command “php artisan storage:link” after that please check the image display view. I think now it working. If not solved please let us know.

It does not write the information entered in the custom fields I created to the database. The custom fields feature only works for adding fields. It does not record information. It does not show the information on the ticket. I am waiting urgent support.

Is it possible to allow support tickets to be submitted without logging in with your system? So, a user could submit a ticket without logging in.
