I need your help with my license for the FS Poster plugin.
I have logged into my account dashboard. It correctly shows that my license is “not connected” to any active website (I have attached a screenshot for you to see).
However, when I try to install the plugin on my new website, the activation screen still asks for the old domain it was previously connected to. I already disconnected the old site from my license panel, but I cannot remember the old domain name, and the license seems to be stuck in your system.
Could you please manually reset my license key on your end so I can activate it on my new domain, artecronos.com? This purchase code is already registered in ant**com. If you want to transfer the license to this website, please write the name of the old website.please

I need your help with my license. I didn’t understand the process and I deleted the domain that the license was connected to from my account dashboard.
Now, when I try to activate the license on my new website, the system still asks for the old domain and tells me the license is in use.

Hi, after updating FS Poster to the latest version (7.3.1), I encountered an issue. I have a Webhook channel set up in FS Poster, and previously it was able to trigger the webhook successfully. However, after the update, it stopped working.
The problem occurs when I select multiple channels to share a post (e.g., Telegram and Webhook), then click the Share Now or Schedule button — it just keeps loading without completing the action, as shown in this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/IORYhA1-Q-OF
Additionally, when I select only the Webhook channel, FS Poster shows the status as post successfully published to the channel (checkmark icon), but in reality, the webhook is not triggered.

If you ad new features then that’s a bonus and can imagine a warm welcome by many. But without any knowledge about these new features makes it harder for your customers to prepare themselves, or at least be aware and setup any new social accounts to comply with these changes that you push.
I have been a loyal customer and shared bug issues and even offered some sort of fix but as a customer I would expect some loyalty back. Please start using your road map and making sure its up to date.

I respect your support with the plugin and this is apparent with the updates you are releasing but it be good to know what “NEW” features are coming and with this some idea on your roadmap. These tools are yours but looked to be ignored or never used.
One good example is the changelog notes. You show us v 7.3.0 – 22 August 25 but when I update the plugin it shows v 7.3.1. What is the difference between these two versions – v 7.3.0 and v 7.3.1.
I would like to know what is in v7.3.1 or at least update your changelog data to share this change with all of us that have purchased the plugin.
I would also suggest adding your changelog as a .txt file to the plugin itself. That way people are not getting incorrect information on Discord, or by email.
I hope you understand where I am at in transparency. Your plugin is amazing but lacks communication across all channels your team are connected too.

It is an issue with the process of updating the plugin in the back-end of the WordPress admin. I had to download the plugin and install it.
Just FYI but there is a design issue, before the update these fields displayed the date correctly now they are jumbled up – see image.

For a multilingual WordPress site (using Polylang), is it possible to automatically publish each language’s posts to separate social media accounts? For example, Spanish posts to our Spanish social media pages, and English posts to our English accounts.

I don’t think you understand the question. We have 5 Instagram accounts for 5 languages and 5 LinkedIn accounts for 5 languages. One blog post is automatically published in 5 languages. (In this example, I have 5 separate blog posts in total.) Is it possible to publish each language to its own social media account?

When you create a new post from the Calendar menu, the input allows you to enter a URL in case you want to share one, but the planner shares the WordPress posts, and it allows you to attach the post URL.
