you created a ticket to check your issues yesterday (27th). we checked and saw that you didn’t provide access to your software and replied yesterday as well (even though it was weekend). but you didn’t give full access (files and db) to your hosting. You provided FTP access. What do we do with FTP access?! we may need DB access, as you mentioned that there are missing columns. so what do you expect us to do?!
Now, what’s your motivation to put it in comments?! if you think you’ll seek support in comments from now on. renew your support and put all your hosting and software access details on comment section.
I will not renew my support because I have provided all the details and sent you an invitation with full access to the server via a link in your email, which is also attached my Hpanel. If these renewal policies remain unchanged, I will not renew my subscription with you again and I will switch to a different system. Even though I purchased an extended license, the numerous problems have forced me to consider switching.

look, you are trying to present this case as if we were monitoring your support expiry and intentionally tried delaying, so that it expires.
firstly, we don’t have so much time to waste to do it for each individual customer. we only know it when it expires and in your case, wouldn’t even notice until unless, you yourself put it in the comments!
secondly, you could have contacted us a week ago or a month ago. but you did it a day before it expired and that too on a weekend. as you have created ticket on our platform, you know that we may not reply on Friday & Saturday (https://snipboard.io/QsiTCA.jpg). we still replied and as explained earlier, we had no idea that your support was expiring the next day.
thirdly, you claim that you gave full access. but that’s untrue. either you don’t know how to grant full access or you deliberately distorting facts. you have revoked whatever access you granted now (we just checked)
fourthly, it is not our policy. it is envato’s policy. if your support expires, you’ll have to renew support to get support. if you don’t, you don’t get support. so whether you’ll renew or not that’s totally up to you

still going through it but one important feature that need to be fixed is the sale report. the date filter is not applying when you want to filter records for a specify date.

Thank you for your reply, I just test the sale report date filter and it is still the same. I returns all sales information but not the particular filtered date. I suggestion adding a date column to the data table
The software has problems when updating and needs to be edited later and I think I need to give you some feedback.
1. When the product is a service, if you create a warehouse first and then create a product later, the product will appear in all warehouses. If you create a product first and then create a warehouse later, the product will not appear in the newly created warehouse. To appear, you must run a sql command to add the product id to the warehouse id.
2. The product is a service that only appears when “Sale and Quotation without stock *” is selected “yes”. This is very inconvenient in the process of using it for different warehouses.
I think, in sql you should add product id as a dedicated service in 1 row and it will automatically display the product like the previous old versions.

Hello, a new version has been released, but it hasn’t appeared on my website for updates yet. Version V5.4.9 did appear, and I updated, but the update gave me an error: the employee didn’t see the print screen when making the sale.
you know very well that we don’t provide support through comments section. you still disregard our request to contact through our ticket system, because you know that your support has expired. if you think your comments will somehow pressure/force us to solve your issue despite invalid support, you are completely mistaken.

the issue you say, doesn’t happen to us or anyone else. so, it is exclusive to your installation and without valid support, we cannot look into it. I guess it makes our position very clear.

and you are contradicting yourself. As I understand, you got update notification for 5.4.9 and updated – right? Even then your support was expired. So, why will you not receive auto update notification for 5.5.0?! So, speculating that we are somehow controlling who gets update notification and who doesn’t – is baseless.
So in the comments I just said that you updated the code, I commented that this update had not yet appeared on the website, at no point did I talk about support or code errors, you are the ones who will say that my support has expired and that I cannot ask for anything in the comments…...................
we never said you cannot say anything in the comments and this isn’t about that. you have made comments before and we amicably replied to that. but when you say that your version is having issues, that’s not pointing out a generic error/issue. it is specific to you. so how do we go about it? it is a support request to us, as that’s not happening to everyone and not happening to us in particular. we need to check your system and we cannot do that without a valid support. we have made it clear time and again.

With version 5.5.0 the update dialog box in POS doesn’t appear for staff which will make it impossible for them to select between retail price and whole price. The cost price shouldn’t be shown to staff on the update dialog box. Apart from that for now everything is good. Massive update on add purchase page

I would like to purchase your product but have some questions: - I will mostly used it to inventory and production management (recipes in your script as it seems). But I don’t find a location for the raw materials. They are mixed with the actual products to be made (raw materials and final products)? - It’s possible to show custom fields in the production manager that were added to the product? For example, I have the raw materials and add a recipe. That recipe must contain specific information in how to create that product (about 3 custom fields would be enough). - I can’t use POS to make sales officially since in my country they must be used with a specific certified software, but would love to use the printer feature to print shipping label, even if a simple label for the company address and the name and destination address. It would be needed to specific measures due the sizes of the labels? Is this possible? Maybe when add a sale, have a button to print two labels (one for sender and one for receiver). Is this possible to do or even easy to implement? (I have a label printer and would be great to have this feature)

hi, whether it is a raw material or a finished good, all are products and hence all are listed in products table. When you add recipe, you can add ingredients, qty of each ingredient etc.
You can keep ‘extra information’ in ‘Note’ – it is a textarea. so it can accommodate more info. Custom fields can also be done.
What you said regarding print labels are possible too. we can do them as customization

After upgrading to version 5.4.8 and then 5.4.9 via the interface, I noticed an issue on several pages (Sales, Purchases, and a few others). At the bottom of these pages, I see raw string/code output, and the data tables are not displaying correctly.
Could you please advise on how I can resolve this?
you should contact through support. It has nothing to do with SalePro or which version you have. it is your server/hosting

we don’t see any ‘db’, while there may be one or two here and there (untranslated strings)....certainly can’t be everywhere. if you still see them, please send us a screenshot.
