We considered several approaches.

For example, we have a feature in the plugin bundle called “Secure Storage”. By using this option, videos will not be downloaded.

Also, we added an option for YouTube content sharing protection in the upcoming update.

Another method is also planned for the subsequent 2 or 3 updates.

Hello, as I’m rebuilding my site after the update, I’m discovering that:
1) there are absolutely no improvements on the meda library. As a matter of fact, when I try to open a button the library popup does not open at all. Also, default icons (which are not appearing on the frontend) cannot be deleted, from the fields.
2) Switching language does not reflect my settings in the backend.
3) I cannot find the CSS section anymore.
4) getting an “error page” if looking at an instructor profile
5) the top-right admin dropdown menu only shows in the frontend, not while in backend

You replied to our ticket stating that all reported issues have been resolved. However, upon reviewing the site again, I found that these issues persist.

I have cleared the cache through the admin panel and via artisan commands, but the issues persist.

When we first purchased, there was no mention about requirement of extended license for multiple instructors on the platform (earning from our marketplace) like it is included now with an example. However, we would like to know that as our platform is having multiple instructors, how do we upgrade to extended license from regular license while retaining the existing platform?

License use cases are not new, and you can find the Envato license policies at this link. However, we understand that this link is quite general and covers all products on the Envato market. As a result, many of our customers have found it challenging to understand the specific use cases.

To address this issue, we have contacted Envato and requested that they provide clearer use cases to include on our product page.

I read your reply in one of the comments: ‘Hello, a Regular License suits personal use, while an Extended License is required for commercial or business purposes.’ But when you’re selling a marketplace theme, it’s inherently meant for commercial use. Please don’t insert unnecessary rules just to make extra money.

i’ve tested the flow. can u please add a small fix to make the purchase flow for new platform user smoother? Current Add cart flow: 1. user add to cart > checkout > signup > verify email > goto dashboard

Proposed Add cart flow: 1. user add to cart > checkout > signup > verify email > add a check if cart got item or not > goto checkout (cart not empty) or goto dashboard (cart empty)

Current Buy Now flow: 2. user click buy now > signup > verify email > goto dashboard (user got lost from the initial course item he wants to buy now)

Proposed Add cart flow: 2. user click buy now (auto add item in cart) > auto redirect to signup > verify email page (retain cart item) > checkout (logged-in state with same cart item)

- After user complete payment, pls redirect user to the purchased course learning page if possible, or at least redirect them to the purchased course page in the panel.
