Hello, I am working with WC Designer Pro in WooCommerce. On the product edit page, under the WCPD Custom Product option in the “Select Main Design” drop-down menu, no results appear, even though I have a design created and published.
The designer page will not show any design because you have to select a custom product from you shop page, see image: https://ibb.co/jf4svC5
You have to add the designs first from the administrator and then add to a product.
You can see these help videos:

Create a parameter and a new design. Add the design to a product: https://youtu.be/XfEB8RIfb2Y

Hello, the plugin is not working at all, as when you press on personalize button, all settings and functions are not working inside, Woocommerce Version 10.0.4. is there any step to do?

before I renew, will you update your script? as it’s more than 4 years since the last update! that’s made me little worried, your plugin was better than the others so push it a little.
Hello again – I hope all is well. Can you tell me how, if it’s possible, the customer can view only the editable portion of the product in the editor, but still be able to download the whole design when finished? For instance, I want to offer printable image templates for personalized 5×7 greeting cards. I would design the image template to include both the front and back sides of the outside of a flattened greeting card (10×14) that is aligned appropriately onto an 8.5×11 page, so the user can print it at home and cut it out.
Ideally, I’d like the editor to only show the front side of the card that gets edited (instead of the whole 8.5×11 image template with the backside and printing instructions, etc), so it stays clean, compact, and less confusing to the user.
I’ve tried changing the canvas window size and adjusting the location of the image template in the JMA design to only show the front portion of the card, but then the download is only what shows in the editor window – even though the whole 8.5×11 image template is included in the JMA design.
I’m totally open to other ways to achieve this, but basically I just don’t want the editor to show more than the section that is actually being edited. Would this be possible? Hoping so! Thanks so much.
Please can you explain in more detail, if possible attach images of what you need you can send them to the email: info@jmaplugins.com
I need to make a modification to the clipsarts.. i want to be able to upload 3 sizes of each cliparts. for instance chelseaLogo_small.svg, chelseaLogo_medium.svg, chelseaLogo_large.svg, so that i can be able to choose the sizes in the editor tool and insert them into the canvas.
Sorry, we do not make customizations but you can hire a programmer to make the changes you need, the source code is included in the plugin.
Hi, I’m using the WCDP plugin, and I’m facing an issue. When a user designs a product and adds the design to a t-shirt, then places an order, in the Orders section it shows “Download Custom Design” — but it also includes the t-shirt image along with the design.
Is it possible to show only the sticker or design the user added, without the t-shirt, so we can easily download just the design?
To download the design without the image, go to the design parameter: WC Designer Pro > Parameters and enable these options:
Hide background color in the output files Hide background image in the output files Hide overlay image in the output files
Hello! The more I use your editor, the more I realize how fantastic it is. I wonder if it’s possible to incorporate any of these four requests:
1. The option to include the add the cart feature on the editor in settings works perfectly. But we’re wondering if it’s possible to move those settings to be on a per-parameter basis? So instead of global settings, we can opt to have some designs (with or without variations) completely free of charge without confusing the customer and then when we do have designs that require a purchase, it will also be obvious. This would be extremely useful, if it’s possible.
2. We’re going to offer limited customizing features to our customers, so we do not need to show the top toolbar (which we’ve hidden with css). However, I think the left toolbar section would display better on desktop and mobile, if we could use css to show the toolbar below or above the editor window (instead of beside). If this could be done, would you be able to kindly supply some css to help us get started on the placement change?
3. Do you think it would be possible to add the ability for our customers to share their designs to social from the editor itself, without needing to purchase? For the free designs, we will want them to have to be logged in, but we don’t want them to have to go through the steps of an empty checkout. We’d also like the sharable version to be a 72 dpi image that easily goes from editor to social (So hopefully they do it!)
4. For each product, we’re using the editor to offer the same design in multiple formats (on a pillow, on a puzzle, on a poster, etc). Each of the different formats have their own parameters and show in the template section for that particular product. When we don’t use the add-to-cart on the editor, the default landing tab is the templates and it’s readily obvious that there are several to choose from. We feel this really simplifies the offer for new customers who have never seen the editor before. But if we add the cart feature to the editor, the default tab is the product tab, which hides the fact at first glance that there are more to choose from. We would like for our customers to land on the templates tab either way, if possible, so it’s obvious that they’ve landed on the right product. Would this be possible? Would this also be possible to have as a feature to toggle in the parameters or maybe in the WDP Actions sections??
Thanks a million. We really appreciate the quality work of your designer!
Sorry, we do not make customizations but you can hire a programmer to make the changes you need, the source code is included in the plugin.
Hi again and thank you for your support. We managed to affect the price by adding a variation. We have 2 items we would like to do: 1. When the user hits personalize we want to set the variation “custom print” to 1 We tried using WCDP actions in product settings. But it’s not working
2. We want the designed product to appear in the cart not the basic product, because it will confuse our customers .
Thank you again

You can add and customize your designs from: WC Designer Pro > Designs.
You can update product prices from WooCommerce variations.
You can see WooCommerce variable product tutorial from this link: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/variable-product/
To download the design without the image, go to the design parameter: WC Designer Pro > Parameters and enable these options:
Hide background color in the output files Hide background image in the output files Hide overlay image in the output files
Hello, the plugin fore wocommerce to work as it should, the email when you have received an order does not work because of your plugin when I deactivate it works perfectly
Hello, can you advise how to make it so that the administrator can download the layout provided by the client without opening a specific order, but so that they can see the “Download custom design” button in the general order list, next to the “View” button (in the “Details sheet” column)?
The designs can only be downloaded by opening the WooCommerce order, sorry.
Hello, I hope all is well. I’ve just purchased your plugin and it is working great. I’d like to personalize a few things, such as notification messages and icons, if possible. For example, the messages that include the phrase “wait a moment” we would rather say more like “please wait”. We’d also like to swap out a couple of the tool icons and their respective tooltips, such as change the user icon to a down arrow and change “My designs” to “Download”.
Could you tell me how we might be able to make these small changes, without being overwritten with the next update? Appreciate it so much!
To change the text or language you can use the “Loco translate” plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/
The compiled icons are in the font: /assets/fonts/wcdp-sprites
Hello,
Currently, I see that only the front and back personalization options are available for the t-shirt. I would like to know if it’s possible to add more options such as Left Pocket, Right Pocket, Left Sleeve, and Right Sleeve. Are these options available?
It is not possible to add more than two sides, sorry.
Hello, we have discovered that your product is conflicting with this plugin (TemplateMela Core – Plugin for the TemplateMela Theme) which was causing the problem we reported. This plugin controls our entire website theme. We cannot do away with it. We also love WooCommerce Designer Pro, your product. It is a great product which we cannot also do away with as well. But unfortunately, we realized your product has not been up for years with recent developments. The last time it was updated was 22 February 202.
We will appreciate your help in helping to resolve this problem.
Thanks, and looking forward to hearing from you
Please can you send us the theme and the plugin to the email: info@jmaplugins.com so we can try to find out the conflict?
Hello, I want to give customers a choice so that when they go to the product/service page, they can choose whether to use this plugin to create a layout or simply upload existing files and then add them to the cart. But this plugin hides the “add to cart” button and only shows the “personalize” button. Please advise how to change this?
Disable the option: WC Designer Pro > Settings > Hide add to cart button for customized products
Hello, could you update the plugin when you have time? I have been using it and it’s great. We don’t want to lose it.
The plugin is compatible with the latest versions of WordPress / WooCommerce.
I need the documentation on how to edit SVG and apply colors to the clipsart I uploaded. I cant see the complete Guide because my designer tool does not save the colors of the clip arts and shapes.
Please can you explain your problem in more detail so we can help you?
Hello, It is unfortunate that since we requested help with your product we just purchase, we are yet to receive the support we requested. You requested for our site URL and credentials and was send to you but yet to provide the help we need since several days of receiving the information requested
I am again sent you the information for our website through your email d and look forward to hearing from you.
Thanks
Please check your email, we answered you days ago:
You are using the “Variation Swatches” plugin.
You have to use WooCommerce Variations; alternative plugins are not compatible.
Deactivate the “Variation Swatches” plugin and check again.
Thanks for getting to us but unfortunately, the problem is not the variation Switches. We just installed the Variation Switches a few days ago. We reported the issues even before we installed the variation switches. therefore, the problem even though can also be caused by the variation switches which we agreed with you on, but our problem is not being caused by the variation plugin because it got installed when the problem existed. However, we have uninstalled the variation switches plugin, and the problem is still not resolved.
It is possible that you have a conflict with your theme or with some plugin that you have installed.
A. Try changing your theme to the default WooCommerce theme: https://wordpress.org/themes/storefront
B. If the problem continues, disable all plugins except WooCommerce and WC Designer Pro.
We await your response to help you.
