We are experiencing several issues with the MagicAI script that need urgent attention:

Add-ons & Theme Marketplace – Currently, nothing is showing up in the marketplace, which prevents me from browsing or installing new features.

AI File Chat Not Working – The AI file chat functionality is not operational, making it difficult to use one of the key features.

UI Layout Shift Issues – The interface keeps shifting, which disrupts usability and creates a poor user experience.

Mobile AI Chat Usability – Using the AI chat feature on mobile is quite difficult, as the layout and responsiveness are not optimized.

These issues make it challenging to use the script effectively. Could you please look into these problems and provide an update or potential fix at the earliest?

Frankly I find that it is the most powerful and most complete script of codecanyon I will be very happy to have one day the extension version to offer this SAAS in Africa with all the extensions to finally get out of the galley but alas I do not have the means.

I installed today but it shows Version 9.0 and the Button Update Available it permanent visible on top bar. In update there is no “update function”. I turned off AI tools but when I turn them back on, they not shown in menu?!? Help!

Few questions about external Chatbot-

- is it possible to limit amount of Chatbot a subscriber can create ? How about limits on number of conversations and number of files uploaded to train.

- if I buy human agent extension, will it allow to collect email address and other info before forwarding the request to human? Can I see demo before buying.

- if I buy external voice chat extension , which api do I’ve to use. Can I use Gemini or open ai? Is there a demo? Does it also transfer to human agent.

A few questions after purchase

1.- Image Generation using GPT one is always triggering an error, I connected my API and i can generate text and such but the image triggers an error

2.-is there any type of bundle to purchase extra features, purchasing individually seems like very costly
