Hi Basti, it would be great if, when you release the Karenderia Single Restaurant App update, you could separate order notifications from chat notifications at the top of the merchant’s dashboard. Add another icon that only shows chat notifications, as you already have in the customer app. This could be the same icon used in the customer app. When the merchant clicks on the notification, it will direct them to the chat conversation. This will be much more practical for the merchant. It shouldn’t be a difficult task for you at the moment, and we’d love it if you could do this for the next update. Best regards!

For the item and category, under the “Available at specified times” option, it would be useful on the front end to display the time range in which the item will be available. For example, “Available from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.” This way, the customer will know when they can order items in that category or item.

the translation is saved in database not file you can translation can be found in admin panel -> attributes -> language

The biggest obstacle in using the POS system is that it does not support using two printers simultaneously. Will it ever be possible to use two printers at the same time? We need to send orders separately to the kitchen and the bar. Without this functionality, we cannot realistically use the KMRS POS system.

It sounds like the most welcome news I’ve heard from you. Since changes are being made anyway, it would be great if online orders could be integrated directly into the POS system, and if we could use more than one printer simultaneously. It would be even better if this could all be done by next month, not next year.
If you create a new add-on for POS, we will also purchase it.
Hi mate, if both online orders and POS orders are processed entirely through the POS system, it would make things much more convenient for the restaurant. At the end of the day, there would be no need to manually combine totals from online and POS orders, allowing it to function as a true POS system.

We already have a merchant app, so I don’t think there’s a need to create a separate POS app. I suggest we drop my earlier proposal, as it’s becoming too complicated and the functions would overlap.

Hi there, I’m experiencing an issue with my Role Settings. I added a new role and assigned it to a user, but I’m encountering an error.
My project is installed in a subdirectory: /public_html/food. On the merchant list page (in mobile view), navigating causes it to redirect back to the root directory (/) instead of staying within /food. I’ve already configured the .htaccess, but the issue persists.

check the template first if properly set
in admin panel -> Withdrawals -> settings -> template -> Template new payout request – for admin
make sure the template is payout new request
and go to admin panel -> notifications -> template -list -> and look for that template see if has a value for all language

Basti can we keep an option to hide customer block/unlock from merchant panel? Because restaurants are blocking customers if they give 1 star rating. So give an option to hide block/unblock button.
Or- 1) Give the blocking right to only admin – admin will select the user and the restaurant name. The user will be blocked for that particular restaurant.;
or- 2) Set a maximum limit of blocked user for a merchant.
or
3) When merchant blocks, he must give a reason, and then admin have to approve.
