Hello Developer, i am planning to purchase this software, could you please confirm if i buy the extended license then i will be able to use the software for unlimited clients?
Some crucial suggestions for the App:
1) Also, the front-end UI looks great but are there any other options to add like change of themes may be? custom styling and etc.
2) Additionally, the check stock feature is nice but it would be much nicer if the application calculates the remaining stocks automatically and we can see the remaining stocks on that tab instantly without downloading and updating the quantity manually on the CSV, Excel file etc. Possible?
3) It will be great to have offline synchronization support with PWA support for POS module, if the internet goes off so the POS module should be running in the background cache and one the internet comes back, all the transactions and sales, invoices should be re-synchronized with the back-end server instantly, so the user doesn’t lose any data and the business continues.
4) I also noticed that you’re working on a new version of the app, please don’t change this current app, continue this app and the new one too, let the user decide which version of the app they want to continue with, i think it will be great to have both versions simultaneously available, just like the Themes, if we want to change the theme/app to V3 current version we can click one button and everything should be reverted to v3 and if we want to go with v4 Beta and later on stable release then we can do that as well with a simple click of a button.
5) Is there any Android App available for this Web application? if no then have you planned to introduced any app in the future?
6) When exactly the new version V4 is going to be released along with all modules just like this one? any ETA?
7) Lastly, have you introduced SaaS version of this webapp V3 one yet? if no then please consider developing the SaaS version so we can offer subscription services to end clients on monthly, yearly basis.

Hi, i have also tried to register as a user from Frontend store, but my registration isn’t getting approved automatically, i have to manually approve the user from the back-end system, is there a way we can make it automatically approved?
Secondly, when i try to buy a product using ecommerce store, my order was not getting approved, so i have to manually add funds to the customer account and then accept/approve the order, can we bypass this step? Like if customer places an order via ecommerce store, the order should go through directly without the need of manually add funds to the customer account?

1. No, themes but you can duplicate the default theme and modify as you need.
2. As there could be many products involved in the stock count so csv/excel would be better option to avoid any server/browser limitations.
3. There is no such option.
4. The problem with current version is that the CI v3 has been stopped and it only supports php8.0. The item is being rewritten as v4 to support latest php versions.
5. V4 will have APIs and SaaS/Mobile apps will be after stable release.
6. No ETA, some user are helping us to test the admin and pos modules while the Shop is still under development and progress can be checked at live demo.
7. No there is no SaaS version for v4. We plan for v4 but it will be after stable release.
8. V3 has email and sms and V4 will have same email and sms in start but we will add more notification channels later.
9. Emails are disabled on demo. Your installation should sent emails and if you need disable, you can update config.
V3 shop orders should be working and has 2 payments option PayPal and Stripe for card and those can be enabled/disabled in settings.

So in conclusions, i want to continue with V3 on a longer run, will you provide updates and hotfixes to keep the v3 version alive? Should i buy it if you’re certain that you’re going to support V3 for a longer period of time?
The problem with V4 is that the POS doesn’t look very good as compared to V3, the POS of V3 is more better and looks professional and alive compared to V4 POS, can you please change the POS of V4 same as V3 POS?
Can you add a WhatsApp send invoice feature, let’s assume the customer bought something on the Frontend and on the checkout page, the customer has a option to send the Invoice and Order details to the SHOP OWNER/ADMIN via WhatsApp API, is there a option to integrate this feature to the frontend?

V4 has 2 design for POS, simple and modern. You can try both on demo.
WhatsApp notification channel is not available yer it will be added after stable release of v4.

The problem with these gentlemen is that in version 3.X they did a good job with many bugs that were never fixed 100% and they release V4, a real piece of crap, and they continue as it comes with version 5??? Don’t fuck with me, instead of properly maturing 3.X, taking it to PHP 8.2 Bootstrap 5.X and making many improvements and really FIXING BUGS, they continue doing strange things, it seems more like the dreams of a spoiled child who wants to be a programmer and not that of a professional programmer who listens and attends to the user’s requirements.

There are reason for the rewrite and pending so much time like CI v3 is no more developed and CI v4 required full rewrite of the app. So the Laravel is better option.

The most critical issue in Stock Manager Advance (with All Modules) and Stock Manager Advance (with Point of Sale Module) is the inaccurate calculation of COGS (Cost of Goods Sold). I’m sure you’re already aware of this problem. Do you have any plans to address and fix it?

I am not sure what COGS are you talking. There cost is calculated as per inventory accounting option in settings.

Hi, I have purchased and used both v3 and v4 of this script.
Version 3 is quite feature-complete, but unfortunately it doesn’t support ESC/POS print service. That’s why I had to switch to v4, which does support it.
However, I found several critical limitations in the POS module of v4 that affect usability: - There is no option to cancel an order (POS). - Product category sorting is not working properly.(POS) - No support for adding multiple payments, which means discounts or vouchers cannot be applied.(POS) - The quick cash button is missing.(POS) - There is no way to add a note per item in a transaction. - It would be better to have a setting to toggle between single store or multi store mode. - It would be nice if prices like “xx.00” could be displayed as “xx only” for cleaner formatting.
Also, when can we expect a stable release of v4? It’s been over 2 months since you announced that a stable version would be released soon.

V3 supports ESC/POS with local installation only.
As v4 is re-written, we might have missed fews features. We will add them in updates.
We are adding option to delete/cancel order from POS. Now you can delete orders from Open Orders modal.
The categories are sorted is as per order field of category.
What multiple payments has to do with discounts? Discount works independents of the payments on pos. Anyway the V5 has option to add multiple payments from POS payments modal when finalising the sale (button only shown if the first payment amount is less than payable). We are adding the option to allow sale without payment.
We are adding quick cash buttons and order item comments.
The settings has option to set `Fraction` and `Quantity Fraction`
No date for stable release (depends on bugs/issues reports) but beta.1 is coming this week with some improvements, bugs fixed and few features that we missed in beta.0

May I know what version are your trying to install? If v3, please make sure it’s not SSL issue. For v4, if the public folder is set as root for the subdomain then it might be SSL issue. You can check the logs in the `storage/logs/` folder.

In SMA software, the COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) calculation is incorrect.
I purchased an item three times at different prices:
First purchase: 30 (for 1 unit)
Second purchase: 20 (for 1 unit)
Third purchase: 10 (for 1 unit)
When I sell all three items, the software calculates the COGS based only on the first purchase price (10 per unit), making the total COGS 30 (10×3). However, the correct COGS should be the sum of all purchase prices: 30 + 20 + 10 = 60.

I wanted to buy i checked the tax is not working currectly, for example if i add a tax 20% and with my calculation and the results iam getting 1$ difference !
The tax is calculate inclusive to exclusive. V4 has the option for the inclusive tax formula in settings. Please try to chose the one you want and then test again. Thank you
