Question about PWA – we enabled PWA in your script, but it’s not working, it doesn’t appear. It doesn’t prompt to install the chat script, it doesn’t show up to the user in any way. I checked on different browsers, other users also looked, there is no PWA.
Please create a new support ticket. Our team will help you. Also make sure the PWA icon size and format are exactly as instructed.

Make sure bellow settings are on for the room. (Dashboard > Chat Rooms > Your Chat Room)
Allow Member Access Allow Moderator Access Allow Public View Allow Guest Chats

Hello, what I don’t understand is where the admin ban commands are. I can’t see commands like kick, ban, or unban. There are no operator or admin commands like banning, kicking, or muting someone in the channel. Also, no one else can write in the channel — only I can send messages. I can’t see messages from other users.
To Kick a User from a Room:
Method 1 – From User Profile:
Go to: Dashboard → Users → Members
Click the ️ (eye icon) next to the user.
Scroll to User Chat Rooms section.
Use the Kick button to remove the user from specific rooms.
Method 2 – From Room Overview:
Go to: Dashboard → Chat Rooms
Click the Users button next to the room name.
Use the Kick button beside any listed user.
To Ban a User:
Go to: Dashboard → Users → Members
Click the eye icon next to the user.
Change their Status from Active to Inactive.
This prevents login and full access.
We’ll soon be adding in-chat moderation tools like /ban, /mute, and /kick commands to make moderation even easier.
Regarding your issue where only you can send messages and don’t see others — that could be due to permissions or room settings. Please start a support ticket with your site info so we can help resolve that quickly.

Sir, I noticed that the admin test login credentials are missing from the latest version. They were previously available — could you please confirm where to find them now?
There’s a bug in the script after updating — it triggers a fatal SQL error related to ONLY_FULL_GROUP_BY mode in MySQL. Kindly check my support ticket for full details and help me resolve it.

Thanks for resolving the issue quickly. When I insert AdSense ad codes through Dashboard → Advertisement, no ads are appearing. Does the script support AdSense ads, or do I need to make any modifications to the code? I have tried using the recommended ad sizes.
Trying the demo, When there is a notification (toast) then click the notification, nothing happen, should go to the message if the notification about a new private message.
Is it also possible to have read/delivery message information?
Yes, we agree, clicking on a toast notification (especially for new private messages) should navigate the user directly to that message or chat. This improvement is on our roadmap and will be added in an upcoming update.

As customers who have purchased the product, we are trying to reach out to resolve the issues we are facing. However, the lack of response is causing us difficulties. If you no longer plan to provide support for this project, it would be fair and appropriate to remove it from sale.
Providing us with a clear response—positive or negative—would help both us and other customers understand the current situation. Otherwise, we may be forced to report the matter to Envato to protect our rights.

First of all, I would like to thank you for creating and sharing such a promising project. It’s clear that a lot of effort has gone into Chatnet, and I appreciate that.
However, I’ve noticed that there hasn’t been any update for over a year, and unfortunately, this is starting to raise some serious concerns regarding the future of the project and overall reliability.
I’ve been considering deploying Chatnet on my own server, and even purchasing a support package. But due to the lack of updates and developer communication, I’m currently hesitant. Here are some major issues and missing features that I’ve encountered:
- Password-protected rooms do not appear on the homepage. - There are no moderation tools like ban, mute, or temporary suspension. - User profiles lack essential social features such as add friend, follow, like. - The admin panel is very limited and lacks advanced management controls. - Support channels seem to be inactive, and messages or requests are not being answered anymore. - Even users who are willing to purchase support packages are now losing confidence in the project due to this silence.
For all these reasons, I’m unsure whether I should proceed with installing Chatnet. If the project is still active, even a small roadmap or an official update would mean a lot to the community.
Please consider this not as a complaint, but as honest feedback from a user and potential supporter who still believes in the project. I hope to see Chatnet come back to life — or at least get some clarity on its future.

In the admin>>General settings, what does this mean “Allow Multiple Sessions” If Admin picked Yes, what will happen?
In Admin > General Settings, the option “Allow Multiple Sessions” controls whether users can stay logged in on multiple devices or browsers at the same time.
If set to Yes: Users can log in from multiple browsers or devices simultaneously.
If set to No: Logging in from a new device or browser will automatically log the user out from any previous sessions.
The chat developers are working on it. It will definitely be released soon, and it will be better than you expect. Be patient, just wait and see how I’m waiting.”
