I purchased Stackposts on CodeCanyon and followed the installation process exactly as described.

Version 9.0.0 → passed Step 1 of the installer, failed at Step 3 with “Server returned invalid JSON”.
Version 9.0.1 → /installer returns 500 Internal Server Error immediately.

I provided the developer with full environment details, server logs, and diagnostic information. Due to strict company security policies, I cannot provide direct FTP access — which was never mentioned as a requirement before purchase. The developer replied that they “cannot help” without FTP access.

I expected the product to work out-of-the-box after purchase and to receive support without having to grant full server access. Another buyer has also reported similar issues in their review. Potential buyers should be aware of this limitation before purchasing.

Hello, thank you for the update. Unfortunately, there are still a few Bugs

First, the language, the landing page works. All other pages aren’t translated.

The analytics pages still throw up a 500 error.

The FAQ pages throw up a server.

The prices and features are fixed and not dynamic on the homepage. They don’t work.

Connecting to Google My Business throws up a server error.

Connecting to TikTok throws up a server error.

I did not get an mail, spam-folder empty too :(

We had no issues when installing v9.0 first time. But now that I have clicked on Upgrade to 9.01 button, we suddenly got “503 Service Unavailable” error appearing. It is happening because your installation is modifying the Htaccess file on each installation or update. We fixed it on our side but, please find a solution to this.

I’m using cPanel and encountered the following problem during installation:

Install failed: Server returned invalid JSON

Due to this, I’m unable to complete the installation. Additionally, when downloading, I receive the file stackposts_mainscript_v9.0.0, but you mentioned version 9.0.1 in your release notes. Could you please confirm the correct version and provide an updated download if necessary?

Summary v9.0.0: Installer ran and Step 1 passed all checks. At Step 3 the process failed with: “Install failed: Server returned invalid JSON.”

v9.0.1: Hitting /installer now returns Error code: 500 Internal Server Error (0-byte response body).

I am resetting the Stackpost extended licence code, but I cannot complete the installation. The installation screen keeps displaying a reset error.

Please Fix Language Switching (also in your demo site not working)

Language Switching Not Working Properly English is the default language. I added Turkish and Arabic, but when I switched to Turkish or Arabic, it didn’t work. Also, the language icon doesn’t appear on the landing page.

Quick question have not installed the license yet. Will do it this week. Already have a reseller hosting with hostgator and paying around $500 a year for that. Shall i host it on that or better of to get contabo cloud vps 10. As am not sure if would be able to do everything on my reseller hosing or not.

Strugling to get support on cron jobs – been 2 days since installation and no assistance on cron jobs – email sent but no solid feedback? Is there something wrong with cron jobs?
