Does this have to be installed in the root directory or can it be a sub folder?

Good day and sorry to bother you. I bought and used this product about 2 years ago. Thank you, it works great after I made some adjustments. However, we had to move an IIS server. Since then, the file upload no longer works. Unfortunately I don’t see any error message either. The comment is saved but the attached file is not. Have you ever had this problem? Do I have to specifically set the file upload again? The IIS has full access to the files, so that the file should also be stored.

I want to know whether there is a feature of “Email to Create Support Ticket” is available? What I mean is if someone sends an email on a specific email, for eg: support@mycompany.com, it automatically creates a support ticket and is assigned it to a specific user like “Team lead”, which then assigns such tickets to the respective department in the system.

I want to use this script for Office email notification. This is what I’m expecting

When the employee has a file that is taken to an office, the employee receive email alert when the admin add a comment on the employee column informing him about the comment. e.g. You file is now in the Bursary and is being treated

If the file leaves that office and goes to another office, once they minute/add reply on it, it sends email alert again to the employee that has the file

Basically a program that will send email alert when comment is entered for an employee

Can this program do that?
