thanks for the reply , i have another question whats the best image format to use for products and category icons? since i keep uploading icons in png and jpg and its not updating on the APP its always shows default image not pulling updated and uploaded icons. can you share the best size and format to make sure im doin it right ?

1- One question. While testing, I saw that the customer’s payment goes to the Admin’s account, and the admin then passes it on to the vendors. This is cumbersome and can lead to tax complications. Ideally, the payment split would be used to divide the admin’s and customer’s share. My question is: to use Stripe’s split, for example, do I need to customize the account, or can I just set it up in the Stripe Dashboard?

2- Is it possible to charge vendors a monthly fee and commission at the same time?

Sir,

Currently, when a customer completes a payment using a digital payment method, the amount is received in the admin’s account. Then admin manually transfers the vendor’s share. If you prefer an automatic split (e.g., using Stripe Connect or similar), it would require customization, as this is not supported by default.

At the moment, the system supports either a subscription-based model or a commission-based model—not both simultaneously. The vendor needs to choose one of the two options when registering.

If you need both features or automatic payment splitting, we can assist you through a custom development. Thank you

Hi, I see this in changelogs 3.3; “Implemented module-wise delivery charge system with zone-wise per km and fixed delivery charge options.”

DO THIS MEAN NOW EVEN VENDORS SET THEIR OWN FIXED DELIVERY CHARGE, WITHOUT DEPENDING ON GOOGLE MAP?

So, vendors can’t manage their own shipping rates?

What is the idea behind, requiring users to pick thier location (ux:added friction), instead showing the modules?

Sir, The modules will be shown to the users based on the availability for that specific zone. The location is needed to fetch the users zone and show the available modules accordingly. Thank you.

I think services/moduals need to be visible all times for users to decide which service to go with, when a user take an action and click on one of the modules then show the location modal (map).

The point is, to show the visitors what the platform offers, then require then to do what ever needed for it to function.

Hello sir 1. If store self-delivery is enabled, the Admin will not get any commission from the delivery charge. 2. To setup the delivery charge from the admin, need to go to zone zone-wise module setup page. Thank you.

On the demo (react web), if you switch fast enough between modules the cats images doesn’t match the selected module, some times (e.g. you select shop and the cats images show food cats module). This need to fixed.

can you arrange which moodle shows frist, second, thrid, etc on the user app? or the system is programmed to show sepcific moodle frist, secoddly, etc on matter how frist secton its created ?

eg. If I want pacel icon to show frist , followed by grocies icon, followed by car rental …not the actural flow of the system.
