I was thinking of buying this script, but after looking the Vcard Design of new version 14, all Design looks generic and unprofessional, but v13 Design were soo beautiful. Please improve the Design like v13 one, I am ready to but this.

Suggestions Instead of Refracting the previous Vcard designs please add it as new one so tha it user can choose from huge list of Vacard. Keep all the design of v13 they were professional.

I know you mentioned you’d look into @israadvisuals1’s comment about enabling direct purchases through the WhatsApp store, but I just wanted to share my perspective. Personally, I prefer the current setup with links to WhatsApp. Many people in our country still don’t trust buying directly from online platforms, and payments can be slow or unreliable. I think it’s better to keep it as it is — or at least make it optional for those who want it.

I would like to share some feedback and suggestions regarding the Subscription Plans (Pricing) section of the system.

Currently, the plans section appears to be very basic and outdated, and it doesn’t match the modern UI/UX design of the rest of the website. This creates a visual disconnect and may negatively affect user trust and conversion rates.

Here are the main issues and suggestions:

No clear display of discounts when switching between monthly and yearly billing. Users cannot easily see how much they are saving, which is essential for encouraging longer-term subscriptions.

Lack of visual flexibility:

No option to highlight the most popular plan.

No “Best Value” or “Most Chosen” tags/badges.

No control over plan order or layout customization.

No ability to customize or enhance the appearance of the section to match the rest of the site’s design.

The structure and presentation feel more like a basic template rather than a dynamic, modern subscription interface.

I strongly recommend giving this section more attention, as it plays a key role in user decision-making. A more modern, responsive, and flexible design with dynamic features (like showing discount percentages, popular plan badges, etc.) would greatly improve the experience and conversions.

Please let me know if any improvements are planned in future updates, or if there is a way we can customize this part of the system ourselves.

I’m currently facing a serious issue with my website — the loading speed is extremely slow, sometimes scoring as low as 35 on speed test tools like Google PageSpeed. This is causing a lot of embarrassment with my clients and negatively affecting their user experience.

We are already working on optimizing the loading time. However, in the case of vCards, if there are too many images or the image file sizes are large, it may take longer to load.

Hello Sir, Yes, you can still use the old vCard templates, but please note that they are only supported in earlier versions of the system. If you prefer the old template theme, you will need to continue using the version where it was originally available, as it is not compatible with the latest update.

First of all, thank you for the continuous updates and improvements you bring to your SAAS platform. As a buyer using your solution for my brand, I truly appreciate your commitment to evolving the product.

However, I’d like to share some important feedback based on my own experience and that of my clients, with the goal of improving the user experience and brand consistency across the board.

Issues identified:

1. Unexpected visual and color palette changes in themes – Out of the 37 available themes, each one targets a specific industry, and has a fixed design and color palette, except for one dynamic theme that can be customized. – The issue is that, after certain updates, the look and color palette of a theme can change without warning, which creates confusion or disappointment for clients who chose a specific theme based on its original design.

2. No option to personalize colors in static themes – Except for the dynamic theme, it is currently not possible to modify the colors in other themes to match the client’s brand identity. This lack of flexibility is a major limitation for businesses that value visual consistency.

3. Front CMS lacks branding customization As a white-label partner, I’ve noticed that all partners end up with the exact same homepage design, only the brand name changes. This makes it hard for each of us to build a truly unique and branded customer experience.

Suggestions for improvement:

1. Make all themes dynamic and customizable – Allowing full color customization across all themes (not just one) would give every client the ability to align the design with their brand guidelines, while keeping the sector-specific layout.

2. Allow Front CMS color customization – Adding the ability to personalize the main colors of the platform would help each white-label reseller maintain a strong and consistent visual identity.

3. Provide advance notice for visual updates – It would be extremely helpful to receive notifications (via email or platform alerts) when an update is about to affect the design, colors, or structure of a theme. This would allow us to prepare our clients accordingly.

4. Add a user dashboard notification system I also strongly recommend implementing a notification feature directly inside each user’s dashboard to inform them when:

  • a platform update is scheduled,
  • some temporary bugs or visual changes might occur,
  • or any major changes are planned that could impact their site.

This transparency would help us manage expectations and ensure better communication with our clients, avoiding confusion or dissatisfaction.

I believe these suggestions would greatly enhance both the end-user experience and the credibility of your product for all white-label partners. Thank you in advance for considering this feedback.

I like the Saas vcard product. I just want to know how can I modify the homepage banner section where it says “search VCard URL alias is avaiable”? I prefer to remove that alias search bar and replace it with a “Get Started” button. Thank you.
