Can we still use the previous vCard templates with the update version. Because our customer preferred the old template.

If you prefer the old template theme, you will need to continue using the version where it was originally available, as it is not compatible with the latest update.

First of all, thank you for the continuous updates and improvements you bring to your SAAS platform. As a buyer using your solution for my brand, I truly appreciate your commitment to evolving the product.
However, I’d like to share some important feedback based on my own experience and that of my clients, with the goal of improving the user experience and brand consistency across the board.
Issues identified:
1. Unexpected visual and color palette changes in themes – Out of the 37 available themes, each one targets a specific industry, and has a fixed design and color palette, except for one dynamic theme that can be customized. – The issue is that, after certain updates, the look and color palette of a theme can change without warning, which creates confusion or disappointment for clients who chose a specific theme based on its original design.
2. No option to personalize colors in static themes – Except for the dynamic theme, it is currently not possible to modify the colors in other themes to match the client’s brand identity. This lack of flexibility is a major limitation for businesses that value visual consistency.
3. Front CMS lacks branding customization As a white-label partner, I’ve noticed that all partners end up with the exact same homepage design, only the brand name changes. This makes it hard for each of us to build a truly unique and branded customer experience.
Suggestions for improvement:
1. Make all themes dynamic and customizable – Allowing full color customization across all themes (not just one) would give every client the ability to align the design with their brand guidelines, while keeping the sector-specific layout.
2. Allow Front CMS color customization – Adding the ability to personalize the main colors of the platform would help each white-label reseller maintain a strong and consistent visual identity.
3. Provide advance notice for visual updates – It would be extremely helpful to receive notifications (via email or platform alerts) when an update is about to affect the design, colors, or structure of a theme. This would allow us to prepare our clients accordingly.
4. Add a user dashboard notification system I also strongly recommend implementing a notification feature directly inside each user’s dashboard to inform them when:
- a platform update is scheduled,
- some temporary bugs or visual changes might occur,
- or any major changes are planned that could impact their site.
This transparency would help us manage expectations and ensure better communication with our clients, avoiding confusion or dissatisfaction.
I believe these suggestions would greatly enhance both the end-user experience and the credibility of your product for all white-label partners. Thank you in advance for considering this feedback.

I like the Saas vcard product. I just want to know how can I modify the homepage banner section where it says “search VCard URL alias is avaiable”? I prefer to remove that alias search bar and replace it with a “Get Started” button. Thank you.

Suggestion to Development Team – NFC Tag Custom Popup Title
Hello Team,
I’d like to suggest a new enhancement for our NFC cards. Currently, when a user taps an NFC card, some devices (especially Android and iPhone) display a generic popup, such as “Google NFC Tag,” before opening the link. This default behaviour doesn’t reflect the brand identity.
Would it be possible to explore ways to customise or brand the NFC tag popup (e.g., show “the platform name” instead)? While I understand that the OS controls the system popup, perhaps we can:
Ensure all encoded URLs point to branded landing pages with proper Open Graph metadata (title, description, image).
Use short branded links like https://domain/username to make the preview cleaner and more consistent.
Optionally explore deep linking or progressive web apps (PWA) to control the NFC experience more smoothly on Android.
This small change could make a big difference in user experience and reinforce the brand during the first contact.
I conducted a feature audit of major NFC digital card platforms and vcard, especially Tap (gettap.co), as well as others like TapCard.io, Tapect, WeTaap, etc. I’ve distilled the key features we currently lack and believe could significantly enhance Infyvcard’s positioning and value:
Feature Gaps to Consider: Physical NFC card purchase option (luxury/premium finishes, with embedded QR fallback). I suggest that we add a store or shop page for this.
App-based device activation flow for assigning NFC cards to profiles.
QR fallback URL embedded on cards, for compatibility with any device.
Two-way contact exchange or lead-capture form allowing recipients to share their details back.
Analytics dashboard & CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, SSO, compliance certifications).
Admin console features: team profiles/templates, bulk editing, and reassignment of cards.
Rich CTAs and content support: catalogs, geolocation links, WhatsApp/call buttons, embed portfolios, forms.
Multiple profile switching per user on a single NFC tag or card.
Privacy/protected access options, e.g. passcode‑guarded profile viewing for sensitive use cases.
Adding these capabilities could help us close the gap with platforms like TapCard.io and Tap, while reinforcing our branding, user experience, and corporate readiness.
