Pre-purchase question I’ve already purchased: “SUMO Reward Points, SUMO Affiliates for WooCommerce, SUMO Subscriptions for WooCommerce.” I need a feature that allows a user to earn reward points (for purchases or by receiving a points voucher) so that their referral also receives reward points, for example, 10%. Yes, we have an option to display the Affiliate Registration Form on the WooCommerce Signup Form.
3. Will an “affiliate” option be created in the User’s Profile/Dashboard if joining is selected? So affiliates can access their activities.
- Currently, we don’t have the option to display the separate Affiliate menu on the My Account Page.
- Affiliates can see their activities on the page where they submit the form once they become an affiliate.
4. Can affiliates apply their earnings to the membership fee? If yes, how?
- No, it is not possible.
5. What is Mode of Working?
(i) If you choose the mode of operation as Quick Setup, you can configure the commission settings in a single section. i.e., commission will be assigned from the Global Settings. (ii) If you choose Advanced Setup, then you configure the commission in three different sections, and the value will be taken based on the priority level. Priorities are Product Level, Affiliate Level, and Global Level.
6. Need better understanding of crediting last referral.
- This option will decide the commission to award for which affiliate when the buyer makes a purchase using multiple affiliate links. Example: - The buyer has used the affiliate link of Affiliate A at first & then Affiliate B’s link and made a purchase. - In this scenario, the commission will be given to Affiliate B if the Credit Last Referrer option is enabled. If not, then the commission will be given to Affiliate A.
7. What are the signup restrictions?
- Currently, only logged-in users are eligible to sign up as affiliates.
8. Can the commission be removed when there is a refund?
If you are referring to removing the commission entry or commission value automatically when the respective order is refunded, it is not possible. The site admin can manually remove the entry recorded in the plugin using the Reject option.
9. What are creative tables?
It is one of the ways to promote the affiliate link using an Image/Banner. Affiliates can share the image & get the commission when users purchase with the help of the Image/Banner.

Would like it that when the visitor checks Become An Affiliate it registers user AND sign him/her as an affiliate.
It will be too much work to monitor refunds. Many will have others signup that cancel or buy product, then return after getting affiliate payment. Site will become a major loss center. I’ll need much customization for needs stated above.

I have success setup sumo and enable Formidable Form function follow the step and create a new form.
After that I try to create a new Affiliate user to submit the form. The form is successful to submit , but it not add into the Referrals page. In the Referrals @ Sumo dint show any result.
I check through Formidable the form is success submit , but the referrals dint have any result.

2. Additionally, I need two configuration options:
I should have the ability to control this setting.
- This feature can be set to occur only once for a unique user.
- Alternatively, it can be set to occur for all transactions.
3. I also have a question:
Is there a way to send a general email to all my affiliate users if I need to announce a notification or update?

- Without the “Lifetime Commission” module, affiliates can get the commission from referrals based on the cookie validity. Once the cookie validity expires, affiliates cannot get the commission from them.

1) Please check by using the below option,
SUMO Affiliates Pro -> Settings -> General Settings -> WooCommerce Settings
- Select only “Completed” status in the “Order Status to approve Product Purchase Referrals” option & don’t change the order status to Completed till the return period is over.
- Save the settings so that commission will be awarded only when the order status reaches completed.
