Hello, When I add a product image using the “Add from URL” option, I manually uncheck the “Download image to local storage” option, and the image displays correctly.
However, when I click Save, the checkbox gets checked again automatically, even though I had removed the checkmark. This results in the image being downloaded to local storage, which I do not want.

Actually, it just reset that option when closing modal. Your image is still using external URL, it won’t be downloaded to local storage.

If(column “SKU” who has “import type”= “product” == match (is found exist) with another product “SKU” then update overwrite that product data
else (create new data)

It’s not easy, some of our customers are using the same SKU for some products, it may update the wrong data for wrong products which has same SKU.
This is a breaking change and change our logic for import products, it must be a new feature – bulk update products.
- SKU suppose to be a unique number, then please find a solution for this.
- why don’t you merge “product attributes” column like this ?(Color:Blue,Green,Black,Size:S,M,XL) instead of creating a new row causing unnecessary duplication everytime…same thing for price column. actually “price column” in this case and “product name” are unnecessary. same logic as any other ecommerce.

E) Does the path folder get created automatically from Bulk import? for example if I have ”/product/shoes.jpg” will /product folder be created after importing product please this important
F) How do we insert multiple images product in bulk import excel file ?
E) It’s an issue need fixe. Because some images have can different path or can use different name like this “product/shoes.jpg,product/images/shoes.jpg,product/images/adel/shoes_2.jpg” So If I were to import a product that has 8 different image this logic wouldn’t work.
A) When product is out of stock, it will still display on your site, you can hide out of stock products by disabling this option from Admin → Settings → Products.
Nothing can be deleted automatically in our script, if you need to delete out of stock products, just delete them from the admin panel.
Sorry, we don’t have this option at now. Variation product is also a product, so it needs the same data with a main product, it needs a line in Excel file to import.
C) Product SKU is unique, so you can’t use the same SKU for item A and item B.
D) Sorry, we don’t have this option from the admin panel, you need to customize our code for that product images section in
platform/themes/september/views/ecommerce/product.blade.php
E) It just imports products, it won’t create media folders.
In this case, you should upload all of your product images in Admin → Media before importing products from Excel.
F) just give images path and separated by comma. Check our example Excel file.

1. Bulk update is too complex, we can’t do it for now. We will implement it in future versions when we have more time. It won’t import products if SKU is existing in the database.
2. I don’t see issue with invoice on your site.
Maybe you have selected an unsupported font in invoice setting.
3. Each size is a product variation, it must be a new line. By this way, you can set different price, image… for each size.
