1 – For products have free installation service, we just provide free installation service for hosting using Cpanel or Direct Admin. If you’re using VPS, you need to install Cpanel or Direct Admin. We don’t provide installation service on localhost. Note: it’s based on Laravel framework so the root folder for it is /public. You shouldn’t install it on a sub-folder, use a sub-domain is better than a sub-folder. (we won’t support to install our product on sub-folder).
2 – For customers who have Regular License: Your purchase code just can be activated on 1 domain.
3 – For customers who have Extended License: Your purchase code can be activated on 10 domains.
4 – When you customize your application our support team cannot help with issues from your customization.
5 – We try for a fast reply to your tickets, but as described on our support tab, response time may be up to 3 business days. Too many issues/features questions that do not include in the support service will slow down our reply time. Please investigate yourself before opening a ticket or posting a comment.
