I just bought this plugin because I wanted to add image reviews on my new cooking blog, so visitors can review recipes and upload photos of what they’ve made. But when I tried to install it, it told me I need to install another plugin and that it’s only compatible with WooCommerce. How can I use it for blog reviews without having to install WooCommerce? please hep… i need it for my blog pages..

At the moment, all of our review-related plugins are built specifically for WooCommerce and require WooCommerce to be installed in order to work. We don’t have a version that can be used for regular WordPress blog posts without WooCommerce.
I’m sorry for the inconvenience – if your goal is to collect reviews on recipe/blog pages, this plugin won’t be the right fit, I’m afraid…

I thought this was also for WordPress, not only for WooCommerce. I already bought it, and now I can’t use it for my WordPress blog. Could you do some custom work to make it compatible, or provide a refund, please?
I’ve checked your license history, and this is actually your second license, the first one has already been activated on a domain. Because of that, and since the plugin is functioning as described (it’s a WooCommerce-only plugin), we’re not able to issue a refund in this case.
Regarding customization, I’m afraid we can’t offer custom development to make the plugin work outside WooCommerce. The plugin is deeply integrated with WooCommerce’s review and product structure, so adapting it for standard WordPress posts isn’t something we can provide.

yes, this is my second license. However, I purchased it because I believed it would also work with blog posts, not only with WooCommerce. As a result, I have never used it. I installed it on my other website, and it notified me that WooCommerce is required. Therefore, I kindly request a refund, as I cannot use this second license for my intended purpose. As mentioned, I need it for my blog posts, not for WooCommerce. I am already using my first license on a WooCommerce site, but this second one is not usable for me. The newly updated google chrome extension has bugs. Now cannot import amazon reviews to woocommerce store. The green import button cannot be clicked. Our plugin itself doesn’t add country flags to reviews. The flag usually comes from another source – for example: If the reviews were imported from AliExpress, the country flag can appear because that data is included.
If you’re collecting reviews directly on your site, you would need to use another plugin that adds the country flag.
So in short, the flag doesn’t come from our plugin, but we can show it if it’s provided by another source

Our plugin can also help import reviews from CSV files with image URL. If you already have a file, just make sure the file format and details are accurate, then you can import them as needed.
As for generating XML feed, I’m sorry our plugin doesn’t have this feature.

Currently, the plugin is designed specifically to work with WooCommerce products, so features like review reminders and review for discount only support the default WooCommerce product post type.
It does not support custom post types outside WooCommerce at this time.

How can I enable reviews from clients who have not purchased the item on the shop (most clients purchase in shop offline), and for clients who are not registered (registration is not mandatory on our website).
Now when someone tries to submit a review, they get this message: “Only registered customers who have purchased this product are allowed to leave a review.”

It seems you’re using 2 plugins for WooCommerce reviews. This can cause conflicts. Other than that specific plugin, it could be possible that a theme or another plugin conflict is causing this behavior. Thank you for your response and for pointing that out. I understand that the issue may be related to multiple plugins handling WooCommerce reviews. However, the elements you mentioned are part of the default WooCommerce review functionality, which I cannot disable. If I turn off the default WooCommerce review option, it also disables the functionality of WooCommerce Photo Reviews , which I need to keep active.
Thank you for your response. Just to clarify — I didn’t ask you to disable the WooCommerce review functionality itself. I need you to do a conflict test: switch your theme to a default one like Storefront, and disable all other plugins except for WooCommerce and our plugin, WooCommerce Photo Reviews, and see if the issue persists. If it does even when all other plugins aren’t in use and the theme is Storefront, please let me know. We’ll definitely check that.
If not, the issue is gone after conflict test, you would need to enable them back one by one. This helps identify whether another plugin or the theme is interfering with how reviews are displayed. Please try that and let me know the result.

It’s strange, this is checked as well.
So reviews are enabled in the settings, but there’s no checkbox in the advanced tab in the product editor.
At this point, we would recommend testing by taking the following steps: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/
It could be possible that a theme or plugin conflict is causing this behavior. And proceeding a conflict test would help you target it. This is WooCommerce’s core functionality which were affected, actually.
If you don’t want to perform these tests on the live site, I would recommend reaching out to your web host to see if they offer a staging site as part of your hosting package. If not, then I’d recommend using the WP Staging plugin to duplicate the site.
