This update makes the app very slow. I’m also experiencing issues where the screen shows gray or fails to load menus/account screens properly, and the signup, expolre, banner loading late screen sometimes doesn’t load. My previous version of the app loaded much faster in comparison.
Banner loading is slow, and some widgets are not loading. After refreshing, my previous app loads quickly.

If I log in to the app and deactivate my account, then close the app, reopen it, and check the status, it shows as reactivate. However, if I log out of the app and then log back in, the reactivated status is not shown. It still shows as deactivate. In the admin panel, the account is already deactivated.

I am interested to buy but when testing the demo app, the app start page(members page) keep on loading… it will never shows the content ,even after 1 hour..

Please read the support policy of envato marketplace. There haven’t any policy in there that we need to provide customer’s demand in return of item support pack purchase.

Recently, I found a bug while testing the app with the latest script version 5.4, installed on a subdomain.
1) When I upgrade a package and attempt payment via PhonePe, but i cancel the payment request, the package upgrades automatically, and I can see the transaction in the admin Package Payment List and package purchase history my package upgraded. how automaticaly upgraded package without payment.
2) in app Exprire on : expired : showing
3) same issue with wallet recharge i decline payment and click back on screen then automatically recharge my wallet.
4) after click back, app screen going blank white screen they are not redirect to account screen i already tell many time this problem from last year.
