Hi! I have a question: does the system allow splitting an order by customer? For example, if there are three people at the same table and each one wants to pay for their own items, is it possible to divide the order on the client side or through the system?
Split feature is available in system but not in client side.

Please, can the team help with the bank transfer as a payment method in the next update? So many customers of restaurants make payment for the food and drink they consume through bank transfer, even more than cash and card.

In th POs section it is not obligated to first enter a tablenumber. This should be obligated before you can enter an item. This is asking for trouble.

Meanwhile, We have immediate requirement of having OTP on SMS or whatsapp. In india customers do not use email that usual. And we want ‘login befor order’ to avoid any fraud orders. I see its on feature request by 185+

I can understand, but its utmost priority for a lot of customer. We Can have msg91 or twillio. Integration is not that complicated. I have done it with TableTrack already. But, with new updates the customization will get lost hence, wanted it to be core part.

I just installed this in our server. This is one of the most comprehensive and sleek resto app in codecanyon. Some issues are understandable but I’m sure the devs are onto it.
Some that I found: - On creating a new order, the UI does not update when switching from Dine-in, Delivery and Pickup. It works fine when the order has been placed already.
Feature request: - If it is possible to add an order status that shows that the food is ready to be served. As of now, it is only in KOT but not in orders. This is so that the waiter will know the status even without opening the KOT which is for the Kitchen staff only.
Unsolicited Suggestions for Printing capability: - For windows only, you can use QZ Tray which can send ESCPOS Data to thermal printers as well as a kick command for cashboxes.
