Just uploaded the script and trying to install it but i get this error despite the fact that my php is already 8.3. “Composer detected issues in your platform: Your Composer dependencies require a PHP version ”>= 8.3.6”.”
Ensure your php version is 8.3 and also need to ensure your script installed path has 8.3 support.

As I said I made sure my php was v8.3 on both hostinger and the vps with cyberpanel. And it gives same error on both.
I fixed it in the .htaccess but afterwards it now gives me “Oops! An Error Occurred The server returned a “500 Internal Server Error”. Something is broken. Please let us know what you were doing when this error occurred. We will fix it as soon as possible. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.”

I have to acknowledge that you’re promoting a great product, and I congratulate the platform’s development team. But when it comes to updates, it’s always a waste of time. You have to go through the support team. I try to update automatically; after more than 1 hour processing, the platform crashes because it hasn’t updated correctly—and this has happened several times. Luckily, I always keep a backup. I try to do it manually, but I’ve been waiting more than 4 hours for the system to generate the update file and it never finishes: https://prnt.sc/6tiDLY9Gi83N – There’s no way to prove it, but IT SEEMS LIKE A WAY TO FORCE A SUPPORT PLAN RENEWAL. To clear up this doubt, please send a video explaining, step by step, how to update both ways without any issues.
What should I do to keep my system up to date now? It’s not fair to need a paid plan for such a simple case.
Sir, it happen for only few server which has blocked by our license server firewall. we use digital ocean for our license server, you can download the manual update file and can update it manually if you want.
we never force anyone to renew support, even we do provide support most of the cases when their support is over.

Sir, if you are facing issue with manual update it need to check by your server, because manual update files are stays in your server they just replace with old file.

Hello, I followed all the installation steps on my server, but I am facing an error at the last step in running the script in the browser. I have a public IP and I do not have a domain. I do this (http://my-ip-public/install) but to no avail. Please clarify.
Dear sir/Madam, There are no need for install folder now. We have upgrade our system which now automatically detect if you need installation or not. Based on that it will show you installation screen automatically. we have also updated our documentation.

I have trouble updating the script. When i go to the admin dashboard and try to update from there, it downloads non stop. The documentation talks about creating an update folder where the system is installed and uploading the file update.zip which you get from Codecanyon but there is no such file. Also, i can’y help that the documentation seems to refferences nexelit. Please help i really need to get my site up and running

Also to the guy Jimmygamingtv21 below comment using a higher php that in the script it can be change to except hight or later versions of php be sure to php artisan config:cache in command line why doesnt anyone self host anymore there all reliant on external virtual hosts try get a a noobe friendly server php and mysql software running apache and learn maybe wanp for microsoft and xamp for mac or linux

You have to ensure the script installation folder has access to php version 8.4
please contact your hosting provider to help in this case.
okay, now it has php 8.4 but now when i access it says :It appears you don’t have permission to access this page. 403 Error. Forbidden.” even tho the permission for index file is 755
it normally happend with hostinger hosting, we have updated our document as well for this.
you can browser your site with yourodmain.com/index.php
