Significant portion of the theme’s code is missing, and there are multiple bugs in the database schema. Several tables do not have the ID field set to auto-increment, along with other structural issues. Some features are duplicated within the theme as well. We have contacted their support team multiple times, but they were unable to provide any effective assistance. Overall, their support quality is very poor.

I’m seeing error 403 while editing theme language and some parts of the email template, But the script is awesome.
