I tested the free version and noticed it does not support woocommerce subscription plugin at the recurring renewal. It didn’t even work on recurring renewal meaning it doesn’t use the exact same amount for renewals, in the same currency and amount, regardless of exchange rate changes.

Does the pro version handle this before I buy the plugin?

Hello

No, paid and free version have the same code.

Hi, I would like to know if the Multi-Currency Report feature is supported in the Pro version of your plugin. I couldn’t find this information clearly mentioned in the documentation or feature list.

Hello

If you are referring to Woocommerce analytics, all reports are provided in the base currency.

Hi,

Thank you for the clarification.

Welcome;)

Great work!

Thank you!

I want to use Redis cache for storring the sesion. FOX does not provide an option to set a password for the REDIS database and my server requires it to use the cache via REDIS. How can I enter such a password in the FOX plugin along with the Redis database ID where the data should be stored?

Hello I will pass this on to the developers

Can I ask a few questions?

1. My WooCommerce website uses Stripe instead of PayPal. Does it support Stripe?

2. My Stripe account is settled in USD. If a customer switches the currency to JPY on the website, will Stripe on the WooCommerce Checkout Page automatically process the payment in JPY? Will my Stripe account receive USD or JPY?

Hello

1) Yes. But in any case you can do a test with the free version – https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-currency-switcher/

2) Unfortunately, our plugin cannot manage bank transactions, and the payment will be made in the currency that the user sees. And if the payment system does not support the current currency, the payment will be cancelled.

I’ve set up my WooCommerce store with the FOX/WOOCS multi-currency plugin. My store’s base currency is USD, and I’m located in India. I’ve enabled GeoIP so customers see prices in their local currency, and I’ve set INR for India. But sometimes, on my PC (without a VPN), the website shows prices in USD instead of INR. I’ve cleared the cache, tried incognito mode, and used different browsers, but the issue keeps happening. This didn’t happen before with the plugin. When I use a VPN set to an Indian location, prices switch to INR correctly.

Next, I’ve set a flat-rate shipping cost for orders below a certain amount. But when prices show in USD, WooCommerce ignores this rule and makes shipping free, even if the order amount is too low. In WooCommerce settings, I’ve turned on ‘Hide shipping costs until an address is entered,’ but it’s still not working right.

Finally, I’m using this code to add 99 cents to prices in all currencies:

add_filter(‘woocs_woocommerce_variation_prices’, function($price) { return ceil($price) – 0.01; });

But the prices keep going back to their original amounts without the 99-cent change. I’m also charging tax. Can you help me fix these issues?

I am not able to login to your forum. I have reset password but still not able to login

Hello

1) Please read this – https://currency-switcher.com/using-geolocation-causes-problems-doesnt-seem-to-work-for-me

2) Do you use any third party shipping or price change plugins?

3) Read this – https://currency-switcher.com/hook/woocs_raw_woocommerce_price

I do not understand your answer in response to keeping prices same on cart page even when I am charging tax. Please explain in detail. Also I am not using any plugin to manipulate price other than yours

Hi, I have pre-purchase questions. I want to set the product price in two currencies 1. INR for Indian customers and 2. USD for all other countries and these will be fixed (No exchange calculation required).

Then I will create a pricing table to display the Regular Price (In strikes-through format) and Sale Price.

Do you provide any shortcode to display both the Regular Price (In strikes-through format) and the Sale Price?

2. Conditional Payment Gateway – I want to make available RazorPay for Indian customers and PayPal for other customers.

Thank You.

Hello

Please try a free version of the plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-currency-switcher/

1) The plugin does not have such a feature. But there is a shortcode for displaying product prices – https://currency-switcher.com/shortcode/woocs_price

2) Yes please use this option – https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20250320122548.png and check Payments tab

Hi, thanks for your reply. I have tried your free version. The only problem I faced with the shortcode, was that it only displayed the sale price but not the regular price.

Is there any other shortcode or function that I can use to also display the regular price.

Hello This shortcode uses the current theme template. So it depends only on the theme settings.

I use a social poster plugin that requires a shortcode to send my products to social media. I have the currency in US, but I want to be able to send the product information in a different currency us a custom field. Is this possible with this plugin?

Hello

I don’t think it depends on the currency switching plugin. I think in this case you need code customization

I sent you a support rtequest

Hello

Ok! The support worker will definitely answer you

Hi,

I am looking to purchase your plugin and have some pre-sale questions:

Is your plugin compatible with Yith Subscriptions using Stripe payment gateway?

Can the plugin be configured so that the checkout and product prices show customers’ local price (USA $) but payment is in our company’s local price (UK £)?

If a customer pays in their currency $ it will be in £ for us? We don’t want to pay Stripes exchange fees.

if the customer pays in $ does that mean it will show in £ on their banking statement or will it be $?

Thanks

Hello

Is your plugin compatible with Yith Subscriptions using Stripe payment gateway? -Unfortunately, we do not have such information. In any case, read this please – https://currency-switcher.com/woocs-labs

the checkout and product prices show customers’ local price (USA $) but payment is in our company’s local price (UK £)? – Unfortunately this plugin cannot affect bank transactions.

Ok, thank you. How do configure the plugin so it automatically switches to IP location of the user? E.G USA Customer has price in $

Hello

Please use settings on GeoIP tab

Hi is there any way to speed up the currency loading on the eshop please? Every time I click on a subpage. product it shows up in the bar (where I have placed the currency converter via shortcoe) loading dots and it loads some 3 secs.

Hello

It depends only on the speed of your site. The switcher is rendered after the page is fully loaded.

And what are the options? E.g. if I install WP rocket will it help? Or does it have nothing to do with web cache ?

Hello

If this helps the page load faster, then the rendering of the switcher will start earlier.

Why this plugin doesn’t have payment gateway by currency feature? other all currency plugins have.

Flag images are not working. Displayed question mark placeholder only. How to resolve this issue?

Hi, I purchased this because I read I can add some code like this: https://currency-switcher.com/woocommerce-subscriptions-by-woocommerce and this will work properly, is this right? do i still need to add that code or not anymore? the article is old, this is why i am asking, another thing is, about the updating, every update for wooocmerce subscription i will need to re add all those codes or there is a better way to do that with a plugin?

Hello

Unfortunately I don’t know. We are not part of this third party plugin team.

I am just asking based on your experience, if those subscriptions files changes too frecuently or not based on your experience ans upport nothing more.

Hello

We very rarely change the adaptation code for this third-party plugin.

Hello,

It took me a while but I got the plugin to work. I have a question: Why to I have Paypal in my Checkout section? It is weird. How do I disable the option?

Hello

If you don’t use payments rules – https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20241129125917.png

In the settings of payment systems of woocommerce

Is it possible to show different currencies to clients BUT still checkout with default currency?

For example, my payment gateway only accepts USD, but client views the price in GBP or JPY or others, but when they checkout, it’s in USD

Hello

Sure, this is basic functionality, in tab Advanced leave option ‘Is multiple allowed’ as ‘No’

Purchased. Set up using your videos. Not working for me. ZAR (South African Rand) set as primary, included USD, EURO, AUD, GBP currencies plus 20% interest. Set GEOIP as I want customers in those countries seeing currency in their currency. Just had a friend in AUSTRALIA access my website and amounts still showing in RANDS. Please assist.

Just sent the message to the email, please check …
