Hi, what is the GPT’s function in the system? Does it assist the doctor, clinics, patients, or the administrator?
Currently, KiviCare doesn’t have GPT support. However, we’ve already added the ChatGPT field in the admin panel as part of our plan for future AI enhancements. In an upcoming update, this will be integrated into descriptive text fields to help enhance content automatically using AI.
But GPT chat can be enabled in the settings, just like Whats app.
Are you referring to the KiviCare Laravel backend, the User Frontend Website, or the Admin Panel? Kindly clarify so we can assist you more accurately.
Pre-Sale: These credentials do not match our records error when attempting to access the demo with either of the accounts.
We’ve double-checked the demo credentials, and they are working correctly on our end. Please try again, and let us know if you still face any issues. We’re here to help!
Hi, Why i cant add new problems and observation from admin panel?
We’ve checked the functionality on our end, and it’s working as expected. Could you please share a screen recording or video of the issue you’re facing so we can better understand and assist you?
Hi, I have a few questions before purchasing this product. I’d really appreciate your clarification:
1.Regarding the product I’m currently viewing (Patient Website, Patients App, Doctor & Receptionist App, Admin Panel) — I just want to confirm that this item includes all of these parts, including the full backend system as well, right? I want to make sure I’m not checking the wrong product.
2.For the appointment system: Can only one patient book a time slot with a doctor, or is it possible to allow multiple bookings (e.g., group sessions)? For example, some doctors might want to do group consultations and accept 4 patients in the same time slot — is this supported?
3.I downloaded the iOS app via TestFlight, and tried logging in using both the default test user and a new user I created. In both cases, I receive the OTP via email, but then I get a toast error saying “Sorry, user cannot sign in.” Is this a known or minor issue? What should I do to bypass or fix it? Also, on the booking form, the “Booked for” field shows a “Something went wrong” message. What might be causing that?
4.Lastly, regarding the payment system: In our case, doctors will be employees of a company and will not receive direct payments through the system. Is there a way to disable or hide any payout-related features for doctors, so they don’t see or manage payment-related settings on their side?
1. Yes, this product includes all the components you mentioned — Patient Website, Patient App, Doctor & Receptionist App, Admin Panel, and the complete backend system. You’re looking at the correct product.
2. Currently, the system supports one patient per time slot per doctor. Group bookings are not supported. However, we understand this could be useful for group consultations, and we’ll consider it in future updates.
3. Thanks for reporting this. We’ll check the TestFlight login issue — the “Sorry, user cannot sign in” and the “Something went wrong” error in the “Booked for” field may be due to the backend demo environment or expired user session/token. We’ll fix it or provide an updated build as soon as possible.
4. Yes, the payout structure is already managed in the system. All online payments go directly to the Admin account. The admin can then manually distribute payments to doctors or clinic admins. In the case of cash payments, the system assumes that doctors collect the cash from patients. It is then up to the clinic or admin to manage the reconciliation — for example, doctors submit the collected cash to the admin, who manages distribution accordingly.
Thank You!
1. I’d like to know if it’s mandatory for the admin to add the service cost? I’m saying this because, as an admin, I don’t know how much a particular hospital service costs. I want to leave it up to each clinic to set the cost of each service they provide.
2. When making a reservation, I think that when selecting a clinic, clicking on the clinic’s image should select the clinic. It’s a bit difficult for a customer to check this box. Currently, clicking on the image shows the clinic’s details, but the details could be displayed by clicking on the clinic’s name and also where the word “details” appears.
1. Yes, currently in KiviCare, it is mandatory for the Admin to add the base service cost. Once the service is created, it can be assigned to a Clinic Admin or Doctor. After that, the Clinic Admin or Doctor can override and set their own custom price for the assigned service. We understand your point, and we’ll take this into consideration for future flexibility improvements.
2. Could you please confirm whether you’re facing this issue on the Web or Mobile App version of KiviCare? We’ll check and improve the UX so that selecting a clinic becomes more intuitive — such as allowing the clinic to be selected by tapping on the image, while reserving the “details” for other actions.
Thank You!
Hi, what is your email I would like to discuss with you some customization
Another thing, how does this platform handle or can handle the case in which a patient pays for a certain service for a date and for some reason cancels or does not show up at the clinic or online, taking into account that he has already made the payment
Regarding patient cancellations after payment:
Our platform already includes a refund process to handle such situations. If a patient cancels a booking after making the payment, the system processes the refund amount directly into the user’s Wallet.
Additionally, if the admin has enabled cancellation charges (collection charges), the refund will be adjusted accordingly — meaning the user will receive the total paid amount minus the cancellation fee.
This ensures flexibility for patients while also protecting the clinic’s time and resources.
I would like to have some clarifications
1. The KiviCare™ Pro – Clinic and Patient Management System EHR (Add-on) platform is an advanced add-on that can also be purchased and added to the main KiviCare™ – Clinic Management System | Laravel & Flutter platform for anyone who wishes?
2. Are other add-ons such as KiviCare™ – Encounter Body Chart (Add-on), Google Meet, Zoom Telemed, among others, compatible with KiviCare™ – Clinic Management System?
3. Why don’t you create an add-on of this KiviLabs – All-in-One Lab Management & Test Booking Solution with Multi-Vendor script to also be compatible with KiviCare™ – Clinic Management System?
Hello and thank you for your interest in KiviCare™ – Clinic Management System (Laravel & Flutter).
KiviCare™ Pro – EHR Add-on: This add-on is designed only for the WordPress version of KiviCare and is not compatible with the Laravel & Flutter version. However, the Laravel version already includes many advanced EHR features by default.
Other Add-ons (Encounter Body Chart, Google Meet, Zoom Telemed, etc.): These features are already integrated into the Laravel version of KiviCare. You do not need to purchase them separately — functionalities like Google Meet, Zoom, and Encounter Body Chart are included out of the box.
Lab Management Integration (KiviLabs): Yes, we understand the value of integrating lab features within the clinical workflow. We’re happy to share that integration of KiviLabs with KiviCare Laravel is already on our roadmap for future updates. This will help provide a seamless experience for clinics offering lab testing services.
We appreciate your thoughtful questions and suggestions.
When do you add the patient history or Electronic Health Record (EMR) and insurance
Thank you for the suggestion. We will add the patient history/EMR and insurance modules to our roadmap.
Hi, I’m trying to log into the user flutter app, but when I insert the otp code 123456, I get a warning that the otp is invalid. Please check.
We have provided OTP 123456 for the demo user. It’s working properly—you can check again.
Is it possible to update the Dashboard with just one click?
Is there automatic translation into other languages?
If you’re referring to updating the theme colors and logo, then yes, it’s possible from the Super Admin panel:
Go to Settings → Customization to update theme colors.
Go to Settings → Business Setting to update the branding name, logo, and other identity elements.
For the mobile app, there are a few steps required to apply theme and logo changes — we’ve documented the process for your convenience:
https://documentation.iqonic.design/kivicare-laravel/configurations-customization/flutter-configurationRegarding automatic translation, the system currently does not support auto-translation. You will need to manually add language files for translating static strings.
You can refer to the following documentation for language setup:
https://documentation.iqonic.design/kivicare-laravel/laravel-configuration/configurationThank You!
No, I mean update with a button when you release a new update.
The ability to update the Dashboard with just one click when a new update is released is already in our roadmap. We understand the need for easier update management and will work to implement this feature in an future release.
Apos a instalação continuo com o ERRO 419 e Demo Accounts ainda aparece em minha página… Como retirar o demo e logar com meu usuário e senha criados na instalação?
To resolve the 419 error, please increase the buffer_output timeout setting on your server.
To remove the demo login user and password, kindly generate a support ticket — our team will assist you further.
Hi, I saw that Kivicare for testing and lab has Subscription Plans. Do you have plans to add Subscription to this script as well? If so, will it be soon?
Kivilabs has several cool things that we don’t have here, like Subscription, the Documents section requested when registering, HelpDesk…
Thank you for your feedback!
Yes, we’ve noted the Subscription Plans feature, and it’s currently under review for future development. While we don’t have a specific release date yet, it is part of our roadmap and will be added in a future update.
We’re also aware of other great features in KiviLabs such as the Documents section during registration and HelpDesk, and we’re actively considering them based on user demand and feasibility.
We appreciate your suggestions—they help us prioritize what’s most important for our users. Stay tuned for updates!
Question: What is the purpose of the WhatsApp integration present in the script and how could I use it? Please provide a practical example.
I installed the panel, how do I create new admit profiles (admins, not roles, but admins profiles)? Or currently only I can be admin?
The WhatsApp integration in your script is designed to send notifications to users (or admins) directly to their WhatsApp numbers
This feature enhances real-time communication and user engagement using WhatsApp instead of just SMS or email.
Requirements for Whats app Notification: You need to purchase a Twilio plan (not the free trial) because WhatsApp messaging is limited in Twilio’s trial version.
Then, configure your Twilio Account SID, Auth Token, and WhatsApp Number in your system’s settings.
Currently, the panel does not provide a visible option to create new admin profiles through the interface. However, we can assist you in adding multiple admin accounts directly from the database using manual insertion or backend support if needed.
“Currently, the panel does not provide a visible option to create new admin profiles through the interface. However, we can assist you in adding multiple admin accounts directly from the database using manual insertion or backend support if needed.”
Oh man, this is basic and very important, so my client will have to ask me for help whenever they want to add a new admin!
Currently, adding a new admin is not available directly from the admin panel. However, we will provide clear steps on how to include this functionality.
Why Edit Profile in Doctor app. Are there fields to enter latitude and longitude? How will the doctor know your latitude and longitude?
The Latitude and Longitude fields are currently optional and are included as part of our future expansion plans. These fields will be used to enable location-based services and filtering, such as showing nearby clinics or doctors to patients.
In this case, it is easier to place a Find on Map button. Few people are able to get latitude and longitude.
Thank you for your valuable suggestion. We will update the Doctor form and add a “Find on Map” button in a future update to enhance the location selection experience.
We appreciate your feedback and support!
Hi, when will be the next update?
Do you have Google Pay implemented? Is it possible to pay for an appointment with Gpay? Because it doesn’t display in the app. but in the description there is an image that shows GPay and Apple Pay.
We are actively working on the next update, and it will be published once development is complete.
Regarding your query — Google Pay and Apple Pay are not currently implemented and are also not listed among the included payment gateways.
You can refer to the list of supported gateways here: https://prnt.sc/pcuq7eDSltMj
1- Hi, I’m testing the system. In the Admin Panel, when trying to log in to the Doctor, Clinic and Receptionist panel, error 419 Page Expired appears.
2- I can’t find the Reports Page on the Dashboard, could you tell me where it is?
3- The description says that the script already has integration with Stripe, but I saw that you also sell a Stripe gateway add-on for Kivcare. I didn’t understand.
4- What is the difference between this script and this one https://codecanyon.net/item/kivicare-pro-clinic-patient-management-system-ehr-addon/30690654
5- Please, add Mercado Pago gateway for latin america customers.
6- Assuming I have doctors registered in several cities, will they all appear to me, or is there some kind of Geofence in the system that will only show doctors from my city?
7- For telemedicine, this script already contains the feature built into flutter apps, or for use in telemedicine I will need to purchase the script https://codecanyon.net/item/kivicare-google-meet-telemed-addon/35301137?s_rank=31?
8- Is it possible to make a medical appointment via telemedicine in the WebApp version?
9- Can’t select permissions for roles?
1. Due to a temporary technical issue, you may have encountered the “419 Page Expired” error while trying to access the Doctor, Clinic, or Receptionist panel. However, the issue has now been resolved and everything is working properly.
2. The Reports Page is available in the admin panel sidebar under “Reports”.
3. The Stripe Add-on you mentioned is for the WordPress version of KiviCare. In this Laravel + Flutter version, Stripe integration is already built-in, and you don’t need to purchase anything extra for Stripe payments.
4. https://codecanyon.net/item/kivicare-pro-clinic-patient-management-system-ehr-addon/30690654 This link points to a WordPress Add-on for the KiviCare WordPress version. It is not applicable to the Laravel version, which you are currently testing.
5. Yes, we’ve noted your request for Mercado Pago integration. We will explore the feasibility of adding it in a future update.
6. Currently, KiviCare does not include Geofencing. Doctors from all locations will be visible to patients.
7. Yes, the Laravel version of KiviCare includes built-in telemedicine features using Zoom and Google Meet. The add-on you mentioned is for the WordPress version and is not required for Laravel.
8. Yes, you can make telemedicine appointments via the WebApp included with the Laravel version. Both patients and doctors can join video consultations from the web interface.
Thank You!
What login credentials do I need to access the dashboard? It’s no longer possible to select previously registered credentials; they no longer appear on the dashboard!
I was able to access the dashboard again. Look, I didn’t find the REPORTS topic in the Dashboard side menu. I don’t think it exists in this script.
Another question: in the dashboard, in the side menu, I saw that it’s possible to create Roles, right? But I couldn’t find where to configure the access permissions! Could you tell me where they are?
You are currently logged in as a Demo Admin, and please note that “Reports” and “Access Permissions” are only visible to the Super Admin.
For security reasons, we have not provided Super Admin credentials in Demo. However, to give you a clear view, we’ve attached screenshots showing these features in the Admin Panel:
Reports Section: https://prnt.sc/d5ai-VKfYOIo
Access Control: https://prnt.sc/nhoo7id3NSPY
Thank You!
Does the patient also have a panel? I saw that in the Permissions and Roles link it is possible to configure permissions for the Patient.
Is there no way to create new Roles via Dashboard? By default, should I only use the available ones?
No, the Patient does not have a dedicated panel like the other roles. Patients can only access the mobile app or Web interface (https://apps.iqonic.design/kivicare-laravel/login) for booking appointments and managing their profile.
Also, at the moment, new roles cannot be created via the Dashboard. You can only use the predefined roles:
Super Admin, Clinic Admin (if Multi-vendor mode is enabled), Doctor, Receptionist, Patient
Let us know if you have specific role-based requirements.
Hi, why does that app has not calendar booking feature like Frezka? Could you please implement it?
Thank you?
Yes, we can implement this feature, and it has been noted for our future update. Thank you for your suggestion!
Thank you very much! Could you please implement it in your next update? I’m planning to buy the extended license.
We understand your urgency and truly appreciate your interest. However, we are currently focused on the upcoming release of the Pharma Module, so it may not be feasible to include this feature in the next set of updates.
If you need this functionality urgently, we can certainly implement it through our customization service to fulfill your specific requirements.
For customization, please contact us on Microsoft Teams: https://teams.live.com/l/invite/FEAh18wQSi9roOzkA8Thank you for your understanding!
Explaining better. I need something like an online health plan that only works through the app.
- I will offer medical consultations and exams for a low price.
- The doctors and clinics themselves must register on the app.
- The patient pays you a monthly fee + the cost of the consultation when needed.
- The patient can have access to all the content on the app, but can only schedule an appointment if they pay the monthly fee.
Is it possible to adapt this script to work this way?
Thank you for explaining your concept in detail.
Yes, your proposed model — offering medical consultations and exams at a low price through an app — is definitely possible to implement using our system. However, to achieve the exact flow you’re describing, you will need to make some customizations to the existing codebase.
For customization inquiries, please contact us directly at:
https://teams.live.com/l/invite/FEAh18wQSi9roOzkA8The contact is Rahull Singh??
I have messaged Rahull Singh on Teams but have not received any response yet.
Hello, you can communicate there our team will get back to you!
Hi, does this script allow the patient to schedule and make an appointment with the doctor via videos?
Second question, is there a subscription for the patient?
From what I’m seeing, in this app the client doesn’t hire the doctor, but rather the clinic, right?
Yes, KiviCare has a Video Consultation feature, where patients can have video calls with doctors via Zoom or Google Meet.
No, KiviCare does not currently have a subscription system for patients.
KiviCare supports two modes of operation:
Single-Vendor Mode – Doctors are managed directly under the Super Admin, and a commission-based system is applied. Multi-Vendor Mode – The system includes a Clinic Admin role. Each clinic admin can manage their own doctors and operations under their respective clinic.
Hi, so:
1- in single vendor mode, will the patient be able to choose the doctor and schedule an appointment?
2- will the admin determine the price of the appointment?
Because I intend to do something like a health plan, where the admin determines the price of the appointments, and the patient pays a monthly fee, (or maybe I would use the commission mode).
1. In single-vendor mode, patients cannot directly choose a doctor. Instead, the flow is: Category → Service → Clinic → Doctor → Date & Time
However, if you’d prefer a direct doctor selection flow, we can implement this through customization.
2. Yes, the prices for services are set by the Admin, though doctors can adjust them if needed based on your configuration.
For subscription related feature, we added into our roadmap will implement into the upcoming updates.
Thank You!
Got it, is there any way for the admin to prevent the doctor from adjusting the price?
I need two modes of flow: Appointment and Exams.
If the patient needs Appointment: Appointment > Category > Doctor.> Date and time
If the patient needs exams, he follows the second flow:
Exams > Services > Clinic > Date and time
Send me whatsapp for a quote for the customization, please.
Thank you for sharing your requirements.
Based on what you’ve described, your needs — including restricting doctors from changing prices and implementing two separate flows for Appointments and Exams — can be fulfilled through customization.
For customization and a detailed quote, please connect with us via Microsoft Teams: https://teams.live.com/l/invite/FEAh18wQSi9roOzkA8Please note, we do not provide support or communication over WhatsApp.
Looking forward to connecting with you!
Please give me detail comparison of the wordpress version with the laravel which one offer more features and which one you plan to support on long term ?
It seems the wordpress version has external paid addons and theme not included where can I look into them does the laravel version comes included with
Thank you for your interest!
Here is a feature-wise comparison sheet of both the WordPress and Laravel versions: Feature Comparison Sheet : https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1PLINZL-sszm_QnS95EnIxc5JK3r2P6-iXlcIZqgZS7o/edit?gid=0#gid=0
Both versions are robust and will receive long-term support. We recommend choosing based on the features that best match your project needs, as outlined in the comparison sheet.
Regarding external paid add-ons and themes, you can find detailed information on the respective product pages or feel free to contact us if you need clarification on any specific item.
Let us know if you have any more questions — we’re happy to help!
Thanks for clarification I’m assuming the ones that are currently missing in the Laravel version will be integrated later on.
I’m actually undecided because your “Handyman” product has some features options that I was hoping I’d find here as well
Yes, we are continuously working on improving the KiviCare Laravel version by regularly adding new features.
If there are specific features from the Handyman product that you’d like to see in KiviCare Laravel, please share a list of those features. We’ll review them and try to include them in a future update based on feasibility.
