Laravel + Mobile Apps vs WooCommerce Integration: KiviCare Laravel (web and mobile apps) does not include WooCommerce integration — it’s a completely standalone clinic management system with Laravel backend. It does support Paystack and other major payment gateways for smooth payment handling, and includes prescription management features.

If you’re referring to our KiviCare WordPress version, which integrates with WooCommerce, please confirm so we can help you compare the two platforms effectively.

Pharma and Inventory Modules: The Pharma and Inventory management modules are currently under development and will be included in upcoming updates.

No SAAS version?

At the moment, KiviCare does not offer a SaaS (multi-tenant) version out of the box. The current version is a single-tenant system, which means it’s ideal if you’re setting it up for your own clinic or managing multiple clinics under one owner/admin panel.

Currently, the Demo Admin role in KiviCare has access to the Frontend Settings and FAQ sections as part of the default functionality.

Sorry, before purchasing I need to make sure that there is a way for video consultation between the patient and the doctor. using the available demo version I was unable to find the options

Yes, KiviCare includes a video consultation feature with integration for both Zoom and Google Meet.

To help you test this functionality, we’ve enabled the “Diagnosis and Treatment of Common Illnesses” service under the “Primary Care” category.

Once a patient books an appointment and the doctor updates the appointment status to “Check-In”, the video call button will become available for both the patient and the doctor.

the login and forget passord page are not translated, even if i change the language in the admin page does not ranslate. you can chek it in you demo application

Currently, the login and forgot password pages do not retain the selected language because the language setting is stored in the session. When the session ends (such as after logout), the language resets to the default.

We understand how important a consistent multilingual experience is, and we want to assure you that this issue has been noted. A fix for the login page translation will be included in the update.

The video consultation feature works via Google Meet or Zoom, based on the configuration set by the Admin in the backend panel.

Once properly configured: Doctors can create and start video consultation meetings. Patients receive a meeting link via email or through their mobile app. The entire process is streamlined and integrated within the system for a seamless virtual consultation experience.

Yes, The system will work on a subdomain such as app.mydomain.com.py without any issues

The docs only shows how to change colors of the dashboards but not the frontend, I didnt find option to change the colors on the frontend

Currently, the admin panel allows color customization for the dashboard only. Frontend color customization is not yet implemented. However, it’s already included in our roadmap and will be available in a future update.

Regarding frontend color customization, you can modify the variables.scss file located in the frontend resource folder where the color variables are defined. After making your desired color changes, run the command:

npm run production

This will rebuild the frontend assets with your updated styles. Once the build completes, you need to upload the newly generated CSS and asset files to your server to see the changes reflected on the frontend.

1. Renaming “Doctor” to “Nurse”: Yes, this can be done in the code. However, please note that such changes may be overwritten during future updates, so you would need to manage and reapply these changes after each update — or handle them.

2. Third-Party SMS Integration: Could you please let us know which SMS provider you’re considering?

3. Third-Party Video Provider for Telemedicine: Yes, this is also possible, but it would require custom development.

4. Integration with WordPress Booking Platforms: Unfortunately, native integration with external WordPress booking platforms is not supported at this time.

5. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA/MFA): This feature has already been developed and is currently undergoing testing. It will be included in an upcoming update once the testing phase is complete.

I just purchase the Kivicare Laravel i installed it. now i can see option to add users and remove the demo accounts option.

I just installed KiviCare, and it’s showing the demo account option. I want to disable that. Also, I can’t find any option to add users or manage their roles. Please guide me on how to enable user and role management.
