Bro, it would be great if you add more options for AI Assistent, example to traint he AI Agent for a topic by giving creating for it something like a information base, example a place where i can train the AI Assistent with information about our services and company etc so that the AI assistent understands fully our services and can answer to every question of a customer during a call or that it can give the customer more information how our services works etc.
For that a menu for creating AI Assistent would be needed and then adding information about our services or company by giving to it a larg description text with many informations so that AI can read and save them and can make full talks with customers.
When creating the flow there at AI Agent may then i can choose the right AI Assistent for that topic, example i can create multiple AI Assistents and i can add to them information about a topic like technical department by adding more technical informations about our products and services etc.
Still no update? It’s time to consider this ABANDONED!

Please add these basic but most important features
1. Edit/View user profile 2. Buy/renew/upgrade subscription from user profile 3. API’s and webhook’s to integrate with other tools 4. Landing page builder/customizer 5. Options to change/modify CSS 6. Dashboard needs to be modern 7. Flow builder is too basic, please add more features to make it advance 8. There’s no option for users to add own API keys for Twilio/Open AI/Deep seek because some of them might want to use own chatbots which are already trained 9. Realtime currency convertor, Pricing page, Page builder, menu builder
These are basic to think but most compulsory to have features. Hopefully you’ll consider soon.
Also I want to know about next update, i am interested for Extended license.

after a user registers, where can he pick the plan? It’s NOT showing anywhere in user. It is showing in admin > users > edit. The workflow should be that he’s automatically out on the trial plan and then in his profile, he can pick a plan. but that’s NOT what’s happening now in current version. Are we assigning them manually to plans? Strange. Please clarify. Thanks

guys , if you are not going to update the script, let us know , so that we try to engage freelancers to further develop this script for basic minimum usage. we are at a fix as if we engage developer and then you update , it will be difficult to accommodate

I’m very interested in purchasing Sonivo, but I’d like to run a real live test with my own Twilio account and balance before buying the script.
I already have a verified Twilio account with balance and I am planning to purchase a real DID number and connect it via BYOC or direct SIP.
However, in the current demo version, I can’t add my user to a plan, nor can I activate the Dialer because of the expired plan restriction.
Could you please: ✅ Assign my test user to an active plan, OR ✅ Provide me temporary admin access with permission to manage plans, OR ✅ Allow me to test the Dialer with my own Twilio SID and balance.
I just want to test it properly using my own credits, and I am ready to purchase the script immediately if everything works fine.

And more services per plan to be able to add inside not just limited as it is now. ai whatsapp for messaging or sending mass sms/wa campaings? is posible to integrate our api for wa and sms options? Can i send you access to your email for docs and access to check and deside? I think will be much worth more your app as multichannel options.

you should integrate AI that can generate all posible prompts and answers
give the ai a business knowledge base page url and ai can read it and create all posssible questions and answers
