Quick update: the Laravel version is planned for release in 2–3 months (targeting late October to early November 2025). We’re wrapping up several parallel projects and finishing this build has been more challenging than expected.

If you mean Deprixa Pro, yes: we’re in the final testing & validation phase. This update includes roles & permissions (RBAC) plus several improvements (performance tweaks, UI/UX polish, and bug fixes).
ETA: 2–3 weeks for the public release. If you want early notes or a heads-up the day it drops, open a support ticket with your email and I’ll add you to the notification list.

The version 3.2.6.2 you’re requesting is quite old and was developed several years ago. I’m currently checking through some old hard drives to see if I can locate it, but I kindly ask for a bit more time to confirm whether I still have that version available.
Regarding the button to upload a package image, let’s first focus on finding and installing the requested version. Once it’s set up, feel free to send me a document explaining exactly where you want the button to appear and what it should do.
I’ll let you know as soon as I have an update regarding the version.

I recently bought your product, but I’m unable to activate it during installation due to your server being down. “Server is unavailable. Please try again later.” I’ve submitted a ticket, but it appears there has been no response to it either.
What does all this mean? I purchased your item on Saturday, and today is Tuesday; I still can’t use it, and I haven’t received any response from support. I keep getting the message: “Server is unavailable. Please try again later.” whenever I try to activate my license.

I mentioned that the installation process is failing. “Server is unavailable. Please try again later.” When I enter the purchase code during the installation, I receive the message above.
My server is functioning properly. I receive this error notification only when I paste the purchase code to verify my license before continuing with the installation.

As I previously explained, your server is currently blocking the connection to our licensing service, which is why you’re seeing the message: “The server is not available. Please try again later.” This typically happens when the server’s firewall or hosting configuration prevents outgoing connections to the Envato licensing API.
For this reason, I sent you a detailed alternative to proceed with the manual installation. You can find this in ticket #596.
If you are still unable to complete the manual installation, feel free to reply directly to ticket #596 and provide:
Access to your server panel (FTP, cPanel, or SSH)
Temporary access to your database (phpMyAdmin or equivalent)
I will be happy to complete the installation for you, step by step.

A 500 Internal Server Error usually indicates a server-side issue. In the case of Deprixa Pro, this could be caused by:
Incorrect .htaccess configuration
Wrong file or folder permissions
Missing PHP extensions (e.g., PDO, mbstring, openssl, etc.)
Corrupted or incomplete file upload
Incompatible PHP version (we recommend PHP 8.0 to 8.2)
Since you’re not seeing any logs, we recommend enabling display_errors and log_errors in your php.ini, or checking your server’s error logs (usually in /var/log/apache2/error.log or error_log on shared hosting).
