I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the services I received from your team. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from what I expected.
From the beginning, it felt like my requirements were not taken seriously. Despite providing clear instructions, the deliverables did not align with what we discussed. It seems that once payment was received, the commitment to fulfilling my needs diminished significantly.
I feel misled and cheated, as it appears that your focus is solely on collecting payments rather than delivering quality work. This has been a frustrating experience, and I would not recommend your services to others based on my interactions.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and work towards improving your customer relations and service delivery. I have paid almost 2000$ for customizing the current app which is 69$ while I have still got default app not any customization!!

During the course of our engagement on the custom CRM project, you have repeatedly extended the scope of the work without adjusting the budget or timeline accordingly. Despite initial agreements, you requested numerous modifications and additional features, far exceeding the original project scope.
We have shown considerable flexibility and good faith by accommodating these requests. However, you have made only partial payments, and when approached for the remaining payment before continuing the project, you have refused to proceed with payment and has instead insisted on further work. Your expectation to receive additional services without corresponding compensation or time adjustments is unreasonable and unsustainable for the ongoing relationship.
We maintain a commitment to delivering quality service and value for our clients, but we expect fair and timely compensation for the work performed. Regrettably, your actions have not aligned with these professional standards, creating an untenable situation for the continuation of this project.
You are still playing around, of course you are defending the worst service and the system which are full bug and missing! YOU JUST COLLECT MONEY!!!! SHAME ON YOU

Dont not buy any of these solutions from this vendor.. they will not provided any code when purchased and the support is the worst… they need all your personal info against GDPR… they are not professionals… I see everyone who purchaeed has problems with this team /people.
We want to make sure that we are not encouraging people with the intention of “Identity theft”. And so such protocols.
That is taken care of envato, that why we use this platform and do not buy from vendors directly.
Team envato please check their attitude and request you to remove these vendors from your marketplace as they support only via whatsapp and gets personal information of customers against GDPR rules (We buy solutions frrom this marketplace only because of the our trust in envato)
Actually the person that reached out to us had information (such as their location and name) which was different from the buyer location and name on CodeCanyon. Therefore, we had to further investigate in order to make sure the purchase is valid. We hope you understand.
No code was provided for the amount paid until today and their support guy shouts in the WhatsApp support channel. Why do the customers have to provide all information to you against GDPR? @teamenvato please look in to this issue.
