Their software UI design looks nice but many basic feature missing. They have created a Whatsapp group, which is very cool, but out of 8 people in that group, all look bluer.

Their response is super slow for a small question they expect to respond 24hrs later. Looks like the code was developed by someone else who left their team.

Their documentation is very weak. By right, it will be there to their website/portal and included in the source file however, the file I got 1st does not have. They send me a separate file file but still, there are many part that they did not cover.

The following are major weak point that I found:
1. Documentation should be on their website so that all updated versions are available online (not offline so many versions).
2. Documentation must include well installation part
3. They help to fix my setup as FOC but told DB need to import which is missing in the documentation.
4. Documentation must include all config with screenshot
5. Email Setup option there but no way to test it(Ie: SMTP anything it save but no option to test SMTP).
6. User creation is there but no option is given to set an initial password.
7. Admin Account can’t set or reset password
8. Employee list should include Profile Picture/Avatar
9. Clients List can add Clients’ Logo.
10. Language change option there but doesn’t work.
11. Android App link is there but ISO don't.
12. Database Backup Option there but no option to restore.
13. About System show the current version but no option to verify the latest version & upgrade option.
14. Try to create Project but keep throwing the error “attempt to read property “id” on null. Not sure if this works.
15. Task can be assigned a Leader Read/Write and Team to view.

The overall feedback, and customer service not good.
