Splash Screen Stuck After Login: When a user logs in—via email, Google, or any method—and then closes and reopens the app, it gets stuck on the splash screen. Interestingly, if I switch the network (e.g., from Wi-Fi to mobile data), the app loads, but the user gets logged out automatically.
Firebase OTP Login Issue: On iOS, the Firebase OTP login method is working fine. However, it’s not functioning on Android.
Could you please help me resolve these issues?

Let me explain the issue in detail:
Everything works fine in most cases after the user logs in. However, after the recent update, I started noticing several issues only when the user is logged in:
For products with variations, the variation options are not showing.
In the address section, the input fields do not appear.
If the user closes and reopens the app, they get stuck on the splash screen.
These issues do not occur when the user is not logged in. I’ve thoroughly checked the configuration, and I’m 100% sure there is no mistake on that side. These problems started only after the latest update.
Please look into this and help me resolve it.
Did you try deactivate all plugin except App builder and WooCommerce Plugin and test?

Yes, that’s correct — everything is working perfectly on iOS now. However, there’s still an issue on Android:
No matter which login method the user uses (Google, email/password, etc.), once the login is successful, the app gets stuck on the loading screen. If the user presses the back button, they are logged in and taken to the home screen as expected.
This issue happens only on Android. On iOS, everything works smoothly.
Please help me understand what might be causing this on Android after login.
Please try deleting the app and installing it again to see if the issue persists.

Hi, I have noticed that if you use curcy plugin and have multiple currencies. You choose the currency that is not base currency then the cart does not sync the product change i.e. doesnot make it self clear the cart after order is scucessfully placed and also on the order received screen, It is blank and also when you come back to the cart screen then there is button ” < ” in top left corner when click on it take you to bank order received page. And also, I checked the logs, and it says two things

On successful login with Firebase, which user meta field is used to store the phone number in WordPress/WooCommerce? Is it stored in billing_phone, shipping_phone, or another custom meta field? Please specify the exact meta key.
If a user is not already registered, and a new user is created via Firebase login: Which field is populated with the mobile number? Is any customer information (like billing details) auto-filled using the phone number?
We have a large customer database and need to correctly map and sync phone numbers across our CRM and order management system. Kindly confirm the exact meta field used so we can maintain consistent data.

I’m currently using your Push Notification plugin on our WooCommerce website and would like to request clarification regarding recipient targeting.
In the Notifications > WooCommerce section, I have enabled notifications for:
Order Status Changed – New Order Received

However, I noticed that when I select “Customers” as the recipient type, all customers receive notifications, which is not appropriate for order-specific alerts. I need notifications to be sent only to the customer who placed the order.

Which recipient type should be used to send push notifications only to the customer related to a specific order?
If it’s “Email/Merge tag”, what exact merge tag should be used? and we are using firebase otp system for login and signup

You need to update Source Code to the latest version of the source code and check the “order details”. The “Order Again” button will appear when your order status is marked as “completed”.

I have updated the system.
The wordpress plugin app builder is conflicting with dokan plugin and wcfm marketplace plugin. When the plugin is installed with wcfm, the app builder page becomes blank till wcfm frontend manager is deactivated.
When it is installed wiih dokan and the migrator plugin migrates vendors, the site experiences technical errors and the dokan page fails to load. The error happens when you migrate data from wcfm to dokan using the migrator plugin
My license to be a able to create a ticket has expired. It’s something very urgent. It’s difficult using the plugin and dokan or wcfm together. It gives a fatal error and breaks things on the site if it’s installed when dokan migrator is run.
I don’t recommend using both Dokan and WCFM at the same time. You should choose one of the two plugins, and my suggestion is WCFM.

Point 1 : “Add balance in wallet feature you said from last 3 years When it will come”
it is true that currently there is no topup wallet option on the cirilla wallet screen.
but of course this can be tricked, automatically after we install the terawallet, there will be a product called top up. or we can create the product ourselves and make it a “topup wallet” category. You can even add an add-on to the top up nominal list.
then limit payments using other plugins so that each top up purchase is only for certain payments, for example: bank transfer
this is very easy.
Point 2 : “And if user wallet balance less then order amount then why it does not give another payment method options”
you can set it in the wallet settings to split the payment. don’t check auto deduct wallet. so customers can choose whether to use their balance to be deducted or not and then can pay the rest with other payment methods.
don’t forget to also activate other payment methods in woocommerce.
I suggest you try and test first before asking something.
