Before purchasing, I need to confirm a few key points: 1. Recipe / Ingredient stock If I sell 1 Orange Juice, can the system automatically deduct 4 Oranges from raw material stock? 2. Can I define recipes / ingredients (BOM) per product and is deduction automatic on sale? 3. Does the system support expense tracking and profit / loss reports? 4. Does it generate invoices or receipts with customizable tax and company info? 5. Is Portuguese (pt-BR) supported or easy to add/edit via language files? 6. Does it support BRL currency? 7. Is there a way to take invoices in bulk as csv? Thank you.

I would like to make an observation: the POS screen itself should have a print button. Usually, when you write down the order, you print it and there is no need to leave the screen and go to the menu to print it. This causes delays in service.

It must be practical, you create the order and print it on the same screen.

Web app can’t print anything directly like as desktop app that’s why web use browser print window for printing anything.

How can we connect this app to the terminal to print invoices?

The terminal is connected to our tax administration. Terminals have their own template with qr code.

Is there any demo of the POS seller (worker) screen?

This is a web app so you need to connect your thermal.printer with the browser and open the app through browser from your POS screen.

can your software connect to cash drawers and printers

Web app use the browser print functionality so you need to set your printer as a deafult printer with your device and browser. For testing you can check our demo with your device.

Hello. Congratulations on your work. I like it at first glance, but I don’t know if it’s what I need. My requirements are the following: 1 – I need the software for several different locations, our business is a hair salon, with 3 different branches.

2 – Can I use it on a laptop?

3 – Do I have to use a specialized POS?

4 – Can it connect to any printer?

5 – I need to print: Name of service, date, operator, price, etc., etc.,

Does your product serve this purpose? Of course, I would like to see a demonstration, and check if it’s what we need.

Here everybody knows if you need extra feature then you must pay extra. We are always 100% transparent and nothing is hidden here. You sent us email and we replied that email within a few hours. After that you post comment that you didn’t get reply from us.

I will be very happy if you don’t purchase our script because we don’t need any customer like you. We replied your all comment except the last comment and which is normal because here you can’t expect instant comment reply and also we are not responsible for every comment reply and we didn’t force you to purchase our script.

Is it support midtrans or tripay payment gateway, and sopport Indonesian language? if not supported, can I request those feature with additional charge?

You can add your own language from the languages menu. It’s multi language supported. You need to pay extra for adding new payment gateways.

1. Print single order on multiple printers:

it should be a way to register a thermal printer for the “Cashier”, and register a second thermal printer for the “Kitchen”, and register a third thermal printer for the “Drinks Bar”.

Now, when a new order is placed, first of all, the entire order with item prices will be printed using the “Cashier” printer, then if the order contains items related to the “Kitchen”, then those selected items only will be printed on the “Kitchen” printer and if the order contains items related to the “Drinks Bar”, then those selected items only will be printed on the “Drinks Bar” printer and so on…

Is it possible using your software ?

2. Move Tables:

Say a group of 4 persons entered a restaurant and sat on Tabe Nbr 1, then after ordering food, they decided to move and sit on Table Nbr 2… Is there a way using your system to assign their order to Table Nbr 2 and un-assign it from Table Nbr 1 ?

3. Item transfer between tables:

is it possible using your system to transfer items from Table Nbr 1 to Table Nbr 2 ?

4. Merge tables together:

Is it possible in your system to merge two orders together ? Or in other words, say we want to merge Table Nbr 1 and Table Nbr 2 together under one single order and one single invoice, is it possible ?

Based on my 15+ years of experience in restaurants and F&B sector, above features for any restaurant are essential and much important than the software itself

We welcome suggestions from everyone, but that doesn’t guarantee that a feature will be added immediately.

My friend for God’s sake replace yourself with someone who has better communication skills with sales and you will have lots of sales for sure!

We are available for extra modifications but we will not share any information about new feature until they are officially released. Because we would like to keep transparent. If customer like current feature then they can buy it. We don’t want to give any fake hope to our customers for sale.

Impressive software but is missing one off the greatest features which is SMS Integration!

We have custom SMS POST API, that we want to integrate for sms alerts for various order statuses alerts to customers and shop owners alerts as well.

I have reviewed your POS SaaS and noticed that some of the most essential features are missing. To improve its functionality and make it more professional, I kindly request the following updates:

Multiple Payment Options & Customization

Enable the ability to add and configure multiple payment modes from the settings. Allow users to rename payment methods according to their preference. Provide flexibility in assigning customer-specific payment names. Comprehensive Tax Management (GST, VAT, etc.)

Introduce a tax settings module where users can manually add various tax types based on country-specific requirements. Allow each custom tax method to have a predefined tax percentage that can be applied automatically or manually at the time of billing. These enhancements will significantly improve the system’s efficiency and usability. I would appreciate it if you could implement these features at the earliest.

Multiple taxes are already there and user can add new taxes as per his requirements.

This system supports multi language and RTL as well but there is no stock management because most of the food is made by restaurants.

Hi again, i noticed one more issue in your demo.

If a user that is not owner (e.g. staff@demo.com) add a product with variations (e.g. Coffee var) and select a variation (e.g. Large) its price is not updated but the cart is frozen. It works ok if user is the owner but not ok in other case.

It turns round continuously (it swirls) without showing updated price as it does if i login as owner.

Got it. It an permission issue. We will add this permission “GET VARIATION PRICE” in the next release.

Hi, i have some important questions for your product.

1. Why different orders can take the same order number? I can see in demo that there are some duplicates like 100052, 100043,100041 etc.

2. When i’m in the cart (i clicked view cart) and i then click Update order, screen freezes. I previously changed the currency settings to what i use (thousand separator as a dot and decimal separator as a comma).
