Web app can’t print anything directly like as desktop app that’s why web use browser print window for printing anything.
How can we connect this app to the terminal to print invoices?
The terminal is connected to our tax administration. Terminals have their own template with qr code.

This is a web app so you need to connect your thermal.printer with the browser and open the app through browser from your POS screen.

Yes you can connect. To connect a cash drawer with a web app, you typically need a receipt printer to act as an intermediary and a cash drawer that can be controlled by the printer. Web app use the browser print functionality so you need to set your printer as a deafult printer with your device and browser. For testing you can check our demo with your device.

We enter the service, press PRINT, and the ticket is printed.
However, I don’t see that in your demo app.
I like your app, but I haven’t been able to see the demo of how to issue a ticket yet, I don’t see the option to print the ticket. If you can explain it to me, I would be grateful. This application mainly designed for restaurants and bars. Ticketing system is not available here.

We are sorry if any mis communication happend. It’s designed for the bar and restaurants with table.management which is clearly mentioned in the app name but it’s still can be use.in some different purpose.

And when I talk about Tickets, I am referring to the paper receipt or SIMPLIFIED INVOICE that we give to the client.
I need this system to generate these tickets mainly.
And as much as I check, I do not see in the DEMO, the way to generate the ticket for the client. If you do not guarantee me these requirements, I will continue looking for other options.

After you making a sale the receipt generate instantly and you can print that receipt. Did you check the point of sale screen? However I am not giving you any guarantee for your purchase because it’s up to you but i want to confirm receipt is already there which I told you in first reply and also told if you need to change look and feel of current receipt then you must need extra paid service.

Answer: You can add your expenses and also you can generate profit and loss report based on your income and expenses.

Answer: Installation manual is included but still we have provide one time free installation for cPanel, HPanel, Plesk.

Answer: You can create new resturants from the system and each resturant is seperate from other. Admin can access all resturant but your employee or staff can access only limited feature which is assigned by admin.
5. About Printer
Answer: If your printer works well with your browser(Chrome/firefox/edge) then it will works well with our system.

Also, if this works for me, my friend Ramon, can buy one (Curve POS – SaaS Point Of Sale System) for his store and warehouse of plants and seeds that he has in 2 different towns. He has 2 different stores and he is also interested in creating a Point Of Sale for the 2 stores.
I have checked the DEMO App, but there are things that I don’t see and don’t understand.
For example: 1 – Reports CANNOT be exported. We need to export the reports and have the reports permanently saved in the system, can we do that, I don’t see it in the DEMO?
2 – The order status should always be completed, to avoid the need to waste time in selecting this. Our services are not Restaurant service
3 – Personally, I want that when placing an order, the following options are shown by DEFAULT:
a) – Only MONEY is used for payment, the rest must be removed, we must remove the selection option. (despite removing all payment methods except MONEY from the DEMO, it forces me to select it)
b) – I don’t need the obligation to select a client, that is a waste of time. This should be by default (despite removing all client methods except one from the DEMO, it forces me to select it)
Could points “a” and “b” be corrected and leave a single element by default avoiding the need to select one? Maybe I could do it manually by editing HTML or PHP.
What I mean is that we need to simplify the method of printing tickets so as not to waste time. We need to add the service (haircut 5€) and avoid the need to select the rest of the options (PAYMENT METHOD, ORDER STATUS, CUSTOMER, etc…)
4 – Until now I forgot to ask you about the language, I would like to add 2 languages (Spanish and Arabic), are there instructions for this?
5 – Will all the functions work in Touch mode? Again I beg you to excuse me for asking so many questions, but I just want you to understand my position, I want to be sure of what I buy, so I don’t lose my money and don’t waste my time.

You can add your own language from the languages menu. It’s multi language supported. You need to pay extra for adding new payment gateways.

1. Print single order on multiple printers:
it should be a way to register a thermal printer for the “Cashier”, and register a second thermal printer for the “Kitchen”, and register a third thermal printer for the “Drinks Bar”.
Now, when a new order is placed, first of all, the entire order with item prices will be printed using the “Cashier” printer, then if the order contains items related to the “Kitchen”, then those selected items only will be printed on the “Kitchen” printer and if the order contains items related to the “Drinks Bar”, then those selected items only will be printed on the “Drinks Bar” printer and so on…
Is it possible using your software ?
2. Move Tables:
Say a group of 4 persons entered a restaurant and sat on Tabe Nbr 1, then after ordering food, they decided to move and sit on Table Nbr 2… Is there a way using your system to assign their order to Table Nbr 2 and un-assign it from Table Nbr 1 ?
3. Item transfer between tables:
is it possible using your system to transfer items from Table Nbr 1 to Table Nbr 2 ?
4. Merge tables together:
Is it possible in your system to merge two orders together ? Or in other words, say we want to merge Table Nbr 1 and Table Nbr 2 together under one single order and one single invoice, is it possible ?
Based on my 15+ years of experience in restaurants and F&B sector, above features for any restaurant are essential and much important than the software itself

Multiple Payment Options & Customization
Enable the ability to add and configure multiple payment modes from the settings. Allow users to rename payment methods according to their preference. Provide flexibility in assigning customer-specific payment names. Comprehensive Tax Management (GST, VAT, etc.)
Introduce a tax settings module where users can manually add various tax types based on country-specific requirements. Allow each custom tax method to have a predefined tax percentage that can be applied automatically or manually at the time of billing. These enhancements will significantly improve the system’s efficiency and usability. I would appreciate it if you could implement these features at the earliest.

Hi again, i noticed one more issue in your demo.
If a user that is not owner (e.g. staff@demo.com) add a product with variations (e.g. Coffee var) and select a variation (e.g. Large) its price is not updated but the cart is frozen. It works ok if user is the owner but not ok in other case.
You can check now. Hopefully it’s working perfectly.
It doesn’t. Also now product has zero price before i try to update.
We just check and we didn’t get any issue.
I tried with product Water. Price is not updated at the popup form. If i click Add cart it gets product and shows the price in the cart (on the right). Can you see prices on the popup?
It turns round continuously (it swirls) without showing updated price as it does if i login as owner.

Hi, i have some important questions for your product.
1. Why different orders can take the same order number? I can see in demo that there are some duplicates like 100052, 100043,100041 etc.
2. When i’m in the cart (i clicked view cart) and i then click Update order, screen freezes. I previously changed the currency settings to what i use (thousand separator as a dot and decimal separator as a comma).
