Hello. After installation, I click the “activate” button in the dashboard section of the admin panel to activate the language, and I get the error “Error! Something went wrong! Please try again later!”
It’s a waste of money, nothing is working properly.
I have purchased this and i want you to do the installation since every review has negative experience and no one seems to be able to properly setup neither i have done, if you care about the user experience i expect you to do the installation.
Still no response, do you want me to raise this issue with envato?

I recently purchased the LevelUp application from Codecanyon (Purchase code: 94973a63-9de3-4ecf-90dc-61fdffe31d84). After completing the installation, I am unable to activate my license.
When I try to activate, I see the following message: “Please activate your license.”
However, when I click the “Activate” button, I get this error: “Error! Something went wrong! Please try again later!”
I have double-checked my purchase code and followed all installation steps as described in your documentation, but I am stuck at this point and cannot proceed.

And don’t worry about activating license this is just there to make sure our copyright is not infringed. As you have a valid license you can still run all the features it won’t be a problem. Thanks

I purchased this “SaaS” product two months ago and it’s been nothing but a headache Features consistently failed to work as promised and even after going back and forth with support multiple times, the issues were never resolved. I asked for a refund, but was told it wasn’t possible because they released a “2.0” update which actually made things worse. Honestly, I regret the purchase and would recommend looking for a more reliable alternative Save yourself the time money, and frustration.

How to update to the latest version?
If you are updating from the older version to the latest, follow the following steps- First, keep a full backup. Download the latest version from CodeCanyon. In the downloaded folder, you will find a zip file called update.zip. Replace all files from this folder with your current folder. If you use cPanel, you can directly unzip the update.zip in the cPanel.
Important Notice: Always keep a backup of previous files and the database before you update.

Hi I am interested in the SaaS product of this script. First, your demo says email/password incorrect, please look into that so that I can check the demo. 2. In my region of the world, PayPal and Stripe is not acceptable, so you might want to add more payment gateway such as Paystack, Flutterwave, payU, etc. to the script, since these are payment gateways accepted in my region.

In the “Sheets” menu of the “User Dashboard”, I created a spreadsheet with multiple sheets and saved it, but only one sheet was saved. When I checked the database, there was only one sheet of data in the “content” of the table “documents”. Even in the source code, it appears that only one sheet is converted to JSON, not multiple sheets.
Q1: Is this a bug? Q2: When will this be fixed?

Hello, Is it possible to please get a refund? This product has many errors within the code (text and elements in places they shouldn’t be) and the inability to update much of the landing page content (images and content in the hero/header) from the super admin page. There are also some rather severe security issues within the product, it lacks features such as google re-captcha and basic KYC principles to ensure that users are genuine. I had high hopes for this product however in it’s current state it is completely un-usable and not worth the $69USD.

It has also come to my attention that the stripe payment gateway is not working and the “14 day free trial” functionality does not exist either. All of which means this product is not SaaS as advertised and further supports my request for a full refund.

I appreciate the refund, There seems to be a lot of stuff thats not linking or working properly in this system (budgets, projects, etc), I’ll check back as it is updated and re-consider buying it when the bugs are worked out.

The Chat with AI is open for all, imagine thousands of people will use your OpenAI account for FREE! You will end up paying thousands for nothing!.

This is a suicide product for SaaS, even non-subscribed users can use the AI Chat without limits. Anyone can able to register without any email validation too, there is no catcha as well to identify bot registration. PayPal is not working even the credentials were correct too, documentation is not complete at all, there is no PayPal and Stripe subscription ID configuration tutorial. The PWA is showing the CloudOnex branding, even all the emails that sent to the user have their branding.
Hi, to change the application name go to .env file and change the app name from cloudonex to your company. About your other problems, we will investigate and update accordingly. AI Chat feature was kept like that as a design choice, if you want it just for the subscribers, we can do that no problem. Thanks
